A very local park with few tourists. Down to earth; park borders on a beach. Playing fields (baseball. Soccer. Basketball. Bathrooms and outdoor showers. Free car Parking and places to lock bicycles. A kiosco or ice cream vendor occasionally on beach. Neighbors walk running track on evening... random exercise classes show up also..weekends drumming might pop up. If you re a visitor with an attitude, keep it a few blocks down in Condado or Ocean Park. There is a bus stop right on the beach. Maybe the only such in San Juan. Please respect this place.

Nice park and beach area which is decent for swimming but beach is erroding. There is usually vendors and a nice beach walkway and plenty of scooter rentals nearby to ride the waterline. There is a track and field for games and exercise and some walkable restaurants and bars in the area. Also there is Ocean Park area which has a nicer and bigger beach area. Highly recommended

I would give this park a five star if the local government would fix it up. It has incredible potential to be what I'm sure it once was but why would they help out the local area. If it's not a main stream tourist area it's neglected. Shame! I still go all the time because of it's incredible ocean side location and a great track for running.. I highly recommend.

My parque is closed for renovations but before we would run here 🏀 on Sunday mornings around 930-10am and each weekday afternoon around 3-4pm there is competitive hoops being played. The breeze is amazing and the beach is about 250 yards away. These is all content of the old park but everyone is waiting for the new new courts to open

The track and general park facilities are a bit run down and lacking maintenace, but its close proximity to the beach earns it four stars. Parking is free and litterally cross the steeet and you are on the beach. Chances are that all the vehicles in the parking lot are there for the beach. Beautiful scenery and walkways.

This park is conveniently located in front of the beach, so it has a great view. There's limited parking, which fills up quickly during peak hours. The running track surface needs to be replaced, and some other maintenance of the bleachers is also needed. Once those items are fixed, it will deserve five stars.
