We are originally from New York. We came here as part of my son's sweetsix birthday celebration as he chose Puerto Rico as his Birthday Vacation destination. The place itself is really fun. The arcade games are great with many different games to choose from, 2D, 3D and I believe there was a 5D game. It also had few claw crane games. We really went there for the zip lining and the Sky Maze. My son really enjoyed the games and attractions. But a couple of the staff were very disappointing. The sky maze is a course right above the arcade. It's pretty cool but can be very strenuous and requires you to have some upper body strength. The kids are however harnest by the top so if they fall off they should be safe (I've watched enough news to know we should be cautious either way cause accidents can happen) Thankfully my son is lean and old enough to monuver his was around the course. I noticed there weren't many staff helping out the kids a lot of the customers on the course. At one point my son was in the middle of a course and a staff member blocked off the end of the course and started talking to a child. I noticed my son just standing there. I told him to keep going cause I was worried he might fall off (yes I am a worrisome mother lol). In the video clip he responds back "I can't" so I thought the staff member told him to wait. So I asked him and he shrugged. So I told him to continue because maybe she didn't notice she was blocking him since she was talking to the child. I figured he can say excuse me when he got closer to her. What happened next completely caught me off guard. The staff turns around and tells me "He has to wait" with an attitude. Immediately after she turns further more around (to ensure she sees me and I see her), points out her finger and tells me I need to wait. With another attitude. The lack of professionalism took me by surprise. I was so upset and embarrassed from the way she spoke to me infront of everyone under her playing in the arcade. I truly hope she doesn't speak to the children in that manner. I went to speak with the supervisor who was sweet but did not know how to handle the situation. She told me she was the floor supervisor and would tell the staff members manager what transpired smh. I was so disappointed and devastated. There was no education made or even a conversation to the employee. Instead, the employee was very Condescending. She kept looking at me smirking and rolled her eyes smh. I can see that this business lack structure and accountability. I am highly disappointed and will not recommend this place to anyone. As fun as the place can be, the staff should match...
Read moreDO NOT DO THE ZIP LINING! at the Tmobile district unless you want to get hurt. In Jan 2025 we did the Sky Bull Zipline which goes over the Tmobile Distrito center, its a total of 3 zipline starting from the outside and end going over the central part of the where the restaurent's are. On the very first zipline i got my head banged on the breaking mechanism and felt like someone hit me with. baseball bat. I had a cut and a big bump and bruise right away. When i spoke to the zipline guide he said you might have not leaned enough. I just continued with the other 2 ziplines in a dazed state and in pain. The real problem is the length of the rope, it puts your head at the same length as the braking metal latch and hit me at speeds of 40-50 miles an hour, Its been 6 days and still have a black mark and pain when i touch it or when i sleep.
When i went back to the counter and told them what happened they just stared at me and generally chose to ignore what i was saying. I asked for a cold pack which they gave me but no compensation or empathy was offered for what happened.
I have been on 10s of ziplines and not seen such a design flaw. I told them that there general assumption should be that people are going to overwhelmed with the height and speed could hit their head on the metal break , the length of the rope is not enough to put them out of dangers path.
They really just listening and said ok we are sorry.
PLEASE IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR FAMILY OR KIDS DO NOT DO THIS ILL DESIGNED FLAWED ZIP LINE!!! There are much better places...
Read moreOooo boy o boy let's start by saying employees there act like they don't want to work attitudes are high but there are quite a few that are extremely helpful and enjoy their job I hope Alexander and Gensis O. have a great meeting with HR on customer service and hope to respond to customers who aren't ignorant as them. And telling a customer I don't do that, then you shouldn't be working there. I would never want anyone to lose their job but if you cannot work with or around people rhen you shouldn't have applied for the job. Genesis O thinks work is a fashion show she stares in all glasses where she see her reflection and is another one who does really wants to work there I needed assistance with a machine I won a lot of tickets on and she tried to tell the machine was broken and I said no read it and she storm's off but then gets helpful and when I ask to speak with management and Alexander she gave his name and got the manager but when I no longer was speaking to her and to another employee she got mad fanned her hand rolled her eyes and walked off. It's sad I wasn't rude or anything I was actually polite. Despite that I manage to enjoy myself as well as my daughter and winning over 8000 tickets. Thanks Monica for changing the mood and trying to accommodate the best...
