This one is hard to rate. First experience was very good. They have an adaquate and functioning steam and sauna.. Albeit on different floors. The interior is a bit dated.. But clean. Receptionists are nice enough. I went there the first time.. masseuse was exceptional (thus the second visit). Asked what type of oil/scent, pressure etc (unfortunately I don't have either masseuse name). I tipped 30 on a 90$ // 55 minute massage.... Upon returning (after cycling 375 miles around the island) 5 days later... The second massage was a disaster. Not this does elects to have 55 minute massage.. Which is thiee perogitive. They make a big point about any time your not ready it's deducted. That being said massage started at 5:08 (for 5pm massage that I arrived as requested.. At 430pm. The masseuse never asked about scent.. Just started working. Massage was...ok... The problem (for me) was it ended exactly 5:55 (actually 5:53? If you county when she stopped and told me it was done). I'm the grand scheme of things getting 48 minutes-ish of massage.. Not a big deal. The fact that they take your card, tell you they will charge anyway, all delays are on you (fair.. No problem) but then they decide they to reduce by almost 10 the time.. Charge the same price .. I'm not good with that. Upon checking out the receptionist Alex how it was.. When I replied "not great" she just continued the transaction no questions asked. I'm not confrontational so I left it they and decided to never return there and spread the word. Strongly advise......

Today Jan 20, 2019, my first time I go to Condado location. I am a customer from Sheraton, which is by far very different.
My recommendation... do not step in Condado...Please don't go, they are not customer oriented.
Stefania, the lady in the front desk, is very rude, she has not idea how to be a nice person. First, she ask me who confirmed my appointment? I told her my appointment was confirmed twice, she look at me like she wants to kill me, so I show her my phone history call, apparently she did not beleive me. Then, she want me to print out the massage certificate, I told her I always send it by email. She told me "too bad, you know what I can charge you the whole price". Jaja like I even care. Then, I told her, very nice "What is your name I love give reviews. She answer to me very sarcastic "great for you". Then I asked her to stamp my parking so I won forget, she said no,again, very very rude.
Stefania, like I told you, I always give reviews, specially because I am very nice with everyone and I expect the same courtesy back. If I pay for a service, I want a quality service, and the first impression is the one that counts. Stefania, if you dont like your work, simply do not work with people or services. You can request your boss to send you a very very intensive training, although you can take the donkey to the river, but you cannot make the donkey to drink water.
There is so many people that really likes to work, and need to work, and there is so many that do not give a Sh#$$ if...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI just walked out of Zen Spa on Ashford Ave. Condado having paid 200 for a 40 minute oil rub that was supposed to be a 55 minute massage! The āmasseuseā barely used any pressure, it just felt like she was rubbing cold oil all over my skin. When I asked her to apply more pressure she used painful movements that felt like a novice was about to fracture my back. Here they ask you to undress in front of them while they hold a towel up to ācoverā you and then you have to lay facing up, so women who donāt normally wear bras during a massage be aware of this practice at Zen Spa. Everything is cold, it seems they use cheap oils as I NEVER once smelled the lavender scent throughout the massage. No warm towels or bed linens. The sauna is extremely small, only 2 people fit semi comfortably and itās always full so I didnāt get to use it in the 3 hours I was there. The steam room was off and it has mold growing on the ceiling. The āloungeā area has room temperature water (no ice) and some cheap box oatmeal cookies and trail mix. I left unrelaxed and disappointed as I reluctantly handed over my credit card to pay the 200 dollars for this experience. When the hostess asked how my experience was i let her know and she just said that she wouldnāt charge the extra fee for getting the massage in the same room as my husband! No concern for the service or details that may better any future experiences. My recommendation, spend a little more and head to Condado Vanderbilt just...
