Our time @ La Burguesia started out great. The hostess was pleasant and accommodating (she sat us inside and was more than willing to seat us outside). Our waitress Adriana, was initially pleasant and gave us the script of how the menu works. Adriana asked our drink orders (2 waters until we decided on drinks) and input my small son's order while the adults determined what we wanted. My son enjoyed his burger and milkshake. His fries were lukewarm, but as a small child he didn't care. The waitress brought out two bottles of water and we asked that she provide us with glasses of water (in the states glasses of water are common practice when deciding what one wants to drink). Adrianna took the bottles of water back, but not without it being obvious by her change in body language and facial expression that she was irritated (I read subtle clues in people for a living). She brought back the waters and took our orders. Altogether it took us about 12 minutes to decide on what we wanted to eat. It took at least 30 minutes after ordering for our food to come out and it was not very busy as it was close to closing (although a larger party was seated within 2 minutes of closing). We saw food come up and sit....we saw orders of fries come up and go out. After the food still had not been delivered following a trip to the restroom, I went in to inquire about the estimated time left and Adriana stated that the burgers are up and they are waiting on fries. *The food came to the table within 2 minutes after I asked about it, the fries looked dry and tasted as if they had been sitting under a warmer for 10 minutes although Adriana originally said they were waiting on fries. We asked that they be replaced and while waiting on the fries we bit our burgers which were lukewarm. I asked the man who brought our replaced fries out if they try to serve all orders at a table at once and he said they did. I suggested that they don't do that as all of our food was hardly warm, he apologized and stated he would let the manager know. We were not looking for a free or discounted meal as I let the man know...but he manager could have at least come over and apologized for the state of our food....but the same person that the man went and talked to was also the man that our server spent so much time talking to as our food sat under warmers getting cold. I suppose that once we made it known that we wanted glasses of water instead of bottles the waitress's efforts of providing good service went down hill. Nonetheless, we left her a tip (as I realize that people have to make a living and I've been in the service industry), but the tip was not as much as we would have left had the service included...
Read moreLa Burguesía in Distrito T-Mobile is an absolute standout when it comes to redefining the burger experience. From the moment you step in, the ambiance sets the tone for an unforgettable meal. The chic yet playful decor, inspired by a satirical nod to bourgeois society, creates a unique and inviting atmosphere that’s both trendy and relaxed.
The food is simply extraordinary. Each burger is a masterpiece crafted with care, using fresh, high-quality ingredients. The Black Angus beef, ground daily in-house, is cooked to perfection—juicy, flavorful, and utterly satisfying. The exclusive brioche buns, created in collaboration with Horno de Pane, are the perfect complement with their buttery texture and slight sweetness. Standouts like "El Príncipe de Asturias" and "El Capataz" showcase creativity and bold flavors, while the "build your own" option allows for a personalized culinary adventure.
The service is top-notch, with staff who are friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about ensuring guests have a memorable experience. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile add to the overall enjoyment of the meal.

Read moreThe food is basura 🗑. Waited 30 minutes for the wrong drinks. Food was cold and tasteless. Burgers taste like the burgers i got in elementary school. Low quality and taste flame broiled and overcooked. I was recommended this place by someone and this place let me down. $70 bucks for something ive could have ordered at McDonald's or burger king and it would have been 100 times better for $10 bucks. 0 stars. Never coming here again. The waiter was nice that's about all. 😭😭😭
To add on. I didn't even eat my burger because when i took one bite it tasted so horrible, also the shrimp on my wife burger was raw. She told the waiter, he took them said he would fix the problem but never brought any shrimp back. Never got refills on drinks, but the people sitting next to us on both sides got exceptional service. We were pretty much ignored. After the waiter brought us the check he saw i we didn't eat our food and asked us what we thought (really). I was thinking we were going to get an apology or even a replacement of the food or something. But he just took the uneaten food without even asking us if we wanted to take it to go and disposed it. Which it didn't really matter because we wasn't going to eat it anyway. But he could have at least asked before assuming too throw away $70 worth of food that i still paid for. I was so frustrated i didn't even complain, we just left. But i can 1,000,000% guarantee you, we will never...
