The WORST PLACE I STAYED IN! Felt unsafe, apt not CLEAN AT ALL! Water in the floor, strange people, dark place to be alone, the hallways were very sinister and the smell was disgusting. Also, impossible to find the entrance! Specially at night! The gps takes you to another building, and then in the instructions youre supposed to go down a very dark street into ehat looks like an abandoned parking lot. Once finally at the correct entrance the lockbox is in a post on the front of the first building to then go back down the scary hallway. Not a place for a woman to ever stay there. Very creepy! And all they did was tell me that its “ my perspective” and will not do anything about it. WORST COSTUMER SERVICE EVER! The hosts MARISOL, PEDRO & DOMENECH! Their answers were automated and absurd, not wanting to help at all. didn't get any kind of compensation, they prefer to let me sleep in the streets instead of giving me an option LOST MY MONEY BAD EXPERIENCE...
Read moreI want to explain why there is so many different opinions of this building, the original owner sold many apartments to private people and he keeped many to himself, the private owners have really nice places to offer on airb&b and other rental apps, the original owner who keeps over 50 apartments for rent, doesn't give the tender loving care his apartments need, they are been furnished with old furniture from older hotels that sold old stuff, the staff working with this properties are a shame of what they are offering, if you are looking for a place to stay near the convention Center and affordable, this is the place but make sure is a private owner for a better experience, you can find my place on airbnb as Convention Center Suite View, probably a few dollars more but a beautiful, clean and beautiful view, I hope this is helpful to whoever reads this with the intention of staying...
Read moreAbsolutely horrible experience!!! The hotel itself is run down. From the outside it appears to be a abandoned hotel from a post WWII era. The staff was rude, unprofessional, completely unorganized and hard to get a hold of. We stood there three nights and lost hot water after the 1st. The rooms themselves were dirty and look "thrown together". The bed was hard and uncomfortable. To reach any of the staff was like looking for a needle in a haystack in a house of mirrors. The sheets had stains on them and the towels said "Hilton" on them. They actually stole towels from the Hilton, (you can't make this stuff up.) The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. You must take a Uber everywhere. However Uber refuses to pick you up there, they tell you to walk across the highway to the Sheraton hotel. There are many other hotels in the area, I strongly recommend considering one of...
