Go ANYWHERE but here for ice cream. Easily the worst customer service experience I have had during vacation. Initially ordered a scoop on a cone. With the intense heat, it was melting faster than I could eat. I asked for a cup and I was told by an employee "sir we cannot give you a cup, they actually cost more than our ice cream." That doesn't exactly sound like quality ice cream. They really need to be more specific when advertising and posting their closing time. Their brightly lighted sign and the internet both say they close at 11pm. My family showed up at 10pm and they told us they weren’t taking any more golfers for the night. We even asked if we could play anyway and would leave promptly at 11pm even if we weren’t finished; we were still turned away. The only reason we waited so late to go was because we thought they didn’t close until 11:00! We had three very disappointed children and the adults were bummed too. Do better...
