Something’s foxy lady did to us.

-they told us to leave cause they were to busy

-they WALKED INTO my friends DRESSING ROOM WHILE SHE WAS CHANGING and grabbed the clothes out of her hand and told her “your done”

they yelled at me for taking pictures when no one even told me that was a problem

-let us know that it was to busy for us to be using the dressing rooms

-yelled at my mom when she called and hung up on her saying we don’t need your business good bye”

I went into the store with the intention of buying a prom dress with my friend. We wanted to buy them for pictures at ringing I am homeschooled so there was no set date for the prom pictures. My friend on the other hand does go to school but she decided not to go to prom and to just take pictures at ringling with me instead. The lady asked what we were there for we said prom and the lady asked when it was my friend said it had already past but I made sure she knew I was homeschooled and I was going to take pictures on another day ( not that it was any of her business).We tried on 1 dress each and took a picture of the dresses on to show to our parents. The lady was helping me because the dress I had tried on was a little to big she gave me a hot pink dress and I went to try it on I came out and couldn’t figure out how adjust the straps the lady that was helping me before came up to me and said “IT GOES AROUND YOUR NECK” in a very nasty tone. I fixed the dress with the help of 2 other workers. I went to look for my friend (she was still in the dressing room) then the lady turned to me and said we need you to leave if you both are just going to be trying on dresses and taking pictures you already told me that prom is over. I looked at her and told her it’s fine we will leave if they don’t want us there but we were going to buy a dress and we were not just “trying on dresses for fun”. She also went into my friends dressing room while she was in the middle of changing and grabbed the dresses out of her hand and said your done. I AM SOOOO DISCUSSED By the way they treated us and I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THERE. at one point the manager came over and told me to leave and said we couldn’t take pictures and that’s why she told me to leave. I told her even if that was true there are no signs and she never told us to stop taking pictures or we would have to leave she told us if the owner was there she would have done the same thing that...

I purchased an expensive designer handbag from Foxy Lady for my wedding. The bag was poor quality. The stones on the bag discoloured and some fell off. I brought the bag back to the store and asked for a store credit because the bag was not a quality bag considering the amount of money I paid. I have bought other bags from this designer but this was a very poor quality one. I was told that a store credit would not be issued but they would send the bag out to have it repaired. When I picked up the bag, the missing beads were replaced but the discoloured stones were not. Again, I request a store credit because of the poor workmanship of this bag. The store would not issue a store credit. It was not like I wanted my money back, just want them to return this handbag to the designer company and issue me a credit. I found the customer service at this store very poorly. All they are interested in making a sale but will not acknowledge that they sold a poor quality item and it is their responsibility to send it back to the manufacture and get results. I do not recommend this store because they do not take care of their clientele, only interested in making a sale. I give this establish a "0"...

Three weeks ago I went with my friend as emotional support to buy a wig. I bought my first one there in 2016 when I was completely bald because having strong chemo for 5 months and it was a wonderful experience. Super nice people! So I thought it all be the same.... Big mistake! The lady that came to us after five minutes ( older lady, very skinny and blond no idea if she was the owner or manager ) was absolutely rude with us. I speak English but my friend doesn't so I was speaking Spanish with her. I was touching the wigs hair with the tip of my fingers because I wasn't sure if that was real hair. Immediately she fix the wig like I moved it or did something bad. With an annoyed face not even a bit of a smile she said that they don't sell human hair wigs because the brand they carry start those at $2000!! She didn't help me at all, didn't even ask what I want or gave me other options..... Just "this is it, we don't have other wigs" . Her words. She was in a hurry to get rid of us. Why??.....Well, we left very frustrated and of course not wanting coming back ever again. And if you are wondering we are both 50 and 60 ,and we were very well dressed and clean!!! Bad...
