I had a stone fall out of a pendant originally purchased years back from Kay's. Kay's was many months behind in repair work so brought in locally to Milan's to have done quicker. After wearing a month or about, same stone fell out. Brought back to Milan's where they said they would redo their work, they usually charge but as a courtesy, would do at no charge. This was off setting they would normally charge to redo work done incorrectly prior month but let them fix their work since not charging a second time. Within 2 months of this second repair, same stone fell out again. This time I took to Kay's, waited a few months plus for repair and have been wearing necklace daily since where stone has stayed in place from day to day stuff including yard work, mowing, house cleaning, etc. This was December 2022. I asked Kay's why stone kept falling out with Milan's and they guessed they used 'jewelry glue' versus an 'epoxy glue'. Milan's has many great customer reviews so can't speak of their other services but for re-gluing stones, a customer may want to try another jewelry store. I am prompted to writing this review now as I just came across their invoice while cleaning up files and old paperwork. RESPONSE: Milan's, please see copies of your receipts below.
