I had a total of 48 classes there for the past year & the classes are great . I definitely feel the changes in my body. The CUSTOMER SERVICE aspect however , is HORRIBLE . You can hardly ever get anyone on the phone, unless itâs time for billing, they have no issue reaching out then. It seems like all this company really cares about is money. I am a student and had a monthly student pack with 4 classes . No one informs you about the fees after being late for so many days, nor do they really try to work with you on that aspect. I gave it a couple of chances (more than I should have) and ended up cancelling my membership. I am usually not the one to leave a negative review about a place, but I think people should know the truth. I even had one class where the instructor had a horrible attitude that day . It just made the experience terrible for everyone. I am unsure who the manager is for the Abercorn Street location , but I hope theyâre better...
Read moreWhere do I start!? My pure barre journey first started here at the Savannah studio and has since allowed me to feel comfortable enough to venture out to other studios while traveling. I must say, the Savannah instructors are truly one of a kind. They all (AND I MEAN ALL THE GIRLS) bring so much positive energy to every class that it's hard not to put 110% effort into the class. They really are so helpful and pay attention to the little details (i.e. Today, Melissa D checked in with me to see what progress I was making with my ab techniques, something we discussed over a week ago!). I never expected to receive so much one on one time with the instructor in a class, pure barre really has that balance, it's quite amazing! Since being introduced to pure barre a little over two months ago, I have never felt so connected and happy with my body. I literally crave going to class! I've become so strong and happy I know I will be LTB for a long...
Read moreI loved the workouts and the instructors (especially Melissa, who is super encouraging and enthusiastic), but the students ruined it for me. During my very first class, I was told I was in another studentâs spot (there are no assigned spots) and I made it too crowded. The other student moved her items in a huff. It was obnoxious and set the tone for my time here. If you donât look like or act like this crowd, youâll be made to feel bad about yourself. I didnât want to come back after that. However, because I love the instructors and workout, Iâll try another location in hopes of better students. ...
