La la I can't hear youLa la I can't hear you
I bought a bottle of Buddah Kat blackberry wine at the Taste of Oregon end of Jan 2024. The ppl were nice. Unfortunately, I came home from an errand one afternoon this week to the one bottle of blackberry wine from Buddah Kat spontaneously exploded in my wine cabinet. The bottle was in my possession for exactly one month. I called the winery in Seaside as their Sandy location is closed. The published telephone number is disconnected and they have no website or other means of contact. I'm incredibly disappointed in the organization. They are open 3 hours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday according to an Internet lookup, yet clearly they are unreachable. The wine wasn't expensive but it wasn't cheap. I belong to another wine club and have many bottles from that club as well as other wineries. I've only ever had trouble with one bottle from the club and they replaced it with great regard for me as a customer. I'm unable to give a reasonable rating to a winery that can't be relied upon to sell wine that doesn't turning nor can it be contacted to rectify a bad bottle.

tl;dr: NOT OPEN Drove from Walla Walla, Washington (4 hours) for a Saturday wedding and wanted to pick up a few bottles as gifts. I read the online reviews about this place being closed often during their online posted hours, but I figured I would give them the benefit of the doubt. I am outside now and there is no one in sight. The building is dark and their posted hours in the window are both unhelpful and unprofessional. Basically, they open whenever they want. It is apparent that customers are not their priority. Highly dissatisfied, especially since I see them every year at the Astoria Crab, Seafood, and Wine Festival and have enjoyed the odd variety that only they offer and purchased from them in the past.

I purchased this bottle of wine this year. It was sitting on my wine rack with the rest of the bottles that I bought. All of a sudden, one day, the cork popped out and wine started spilling on my brand new hardwood floors. I was able to grab the bottle and save some when I went to put put some in a glass to drink it. There was some unusual floating objects in the bottle. I have tried several times to reached out via Facebook chat , email several but never heard back. This is unfortunate and appears to be a regular issue!!! Very frustrating
