Blue Owl Workshop — Attraction in Seattle

Giving a star because their selection/quality of jeans is really impressive; the way that the staff kept giving us annoyed looks while we shopped around not so much. Normally I don't care so much about that type of thing but it was frustrating seeing how they were being much more social/helpful with other folks.

It culminated in a really weird interaction where I wanted to check out after trying on different jeans for about an hour since they tersely informed me that they were closing soon. However, when I got to the register, they gave me a dirty look before telling me that someone who was very clearly still shopping was "ahead of me" in line. Even he (who was receiving very personalized attention/suggestions on tailoring) was confused and told them to just let me check out.

Oh well. I'm enjoying the oni jeans I bought and will make sure to buy more...

Like many other reviewers, I have never once stepped foot in Blue Owl, but they are my go-to for denim purchases and hemming. If I purchase denim from another vendor, it is only because it is a company Blue Owl does not carry (Shockoe Atlier, Iron Heart). That being said, in my humble opinion, Blue Owl has the best selection of denim in the U.S., if not the world. The prices are reasonable, the staff has always been more than helpful with any of my inquiries, and anything I've ordered or had hemmed has always been delivered quickly and without hassle. Ordered online and did not realize they do not accept returns. Stuck with an ill-fitting expensive pair of jeans. Would have exchanged but they sold out of all sizes by the time I received the first pair. You can’t order multiple sizes to try on because of their no refund policy. I found the correct jeans at a local shop but now cannot purchase them without being out the $$ I spent at this shop. Very unhelpful over email and just stopped replying to me altogether. Do not order from this place unless you are ABSOLUTELY CERTAIN you’re ordering the exact right things. No refunds?
