ECCF has fostered a caring, fun, and supportive fitness community. I started Crossfit at this gym in Nov 2019 and now am a regular ~5x times per week. The coaches are dialed-in on instruction, technique, and form, while they maintain an encouraging atmosphere for newbs and elite athletes, alike.

Did a drop in here - really great! Signed up and reserved a class through the website. Megan was the coach, she was great! I was there for a partner WOD and several members chatted with me, one asked to be partners. WOD was good, and kicked my ass. Highly recommend for a drop in!

I can't imagine a world without ECCF. It's way more than a gym- it's a supportive community that I've come to love over the past two years.

We first joined to train for Spartan race and found a community of individuals and coaches that were welcoming. Usually I'm intimidated by gyms and weight lifting. At ECCF I was able to get the personalized workouts I needed within a group setting and build my strength and confidence to successfully complete the Spartan event. That was back in April 2019!

Since then we became a part of the community. Going to ECCF helped me during an extended period of depression triggered by a challenging professional environment. Regardless of my day, I could come to ECCF and have the encouragement and kindness of the EXCELLENT coaches show me how strong I was- both mentally and physically. Pre-COVID it was great to have this consistency and a place where I could get away for an hour of crossfit or yoga.

I've also been a member as my body changed over the last year through pregnancy. The coaches paid close attention and provided modified moves to ensure that I was doing the appropriate moves through all stages of my pregnancy. This specialized and individual coaching in a group class was very much appreciated!

ECCF is also just pure fun. The coaches and members are supportive of everyone. I always feel like i've been cheered on to be the best I can be in and outside of the "box". I've also had the chance to build friendships through the community events.

There are multiple dimensions of strength- you can work on all of them here. Way more than a gym! I'm so glad we have this in our life and can't wait to get back...

ECCF changed my life. We initially signed up just to get in shape for a Spartan Race, but ended up loving the workout routine and community so much that we've now been members for two years.

Their focus is really on building a healthy lifestyle, not just looking good in a swimsuit, and they offer a range of programs from yoga to diet challenges to olympic weightlifting to a running club so that you can figure out what works best for you. All of the coaches are very experienced and friendly, and they do a great job paying close attention to each person and helping you improve your form + stay disciplined in coming to class. You'll also make friends with others in the gym pretty quickly since the classes are typically pretty small, which creates a sense of accountability that makes it far easier to motivate yourself to get to the gym.

If you're looking for a way to stay in shape but aren't quite ready to go back to the gym in person due to COVID concerns, ECCF has a ton of options for working out from home. I have a newborn child so haven't been able to go into the gym in person, but they have at-home workouts, Zoom classes, and equipment rentals so that I can still stay in shape.

As a result of all the above I was able to really get fit and build healthy lifestyle habits for the first time in years and feel like a transformed...

Started here July 2023, & I couldn't be happier. I attend personal training classes 2x a week & regular WOD classes 2x a week. I've been doing CrossFit since 2007 and this box has the best programming, by far. My results are incredible. After being on a 5 year hiatus from CrossFit, I was worried about my performance and discipline but everyone at this box, coaches & members, are the best group of humans on the planet. Instantly I felt right at home. ECCF is easily the best part of my day. The box is cozy, like working out at home in your garage. They have a great merch section filled with shirts, snacks, recovery drinks & coffee. They truly care about the members and it shows. Outside of the everyday WOD, the coaches take personal time and host member community building events, like Happy Hour's, CrossFit Throwdowns, all member bonding experiences. I've made some awesome friendships with people just like me. I even brought in a close friend, totally new to CrossFit, who had a great experience and signed up for a membership the same day. Thank you ECCF, you brought me back to life. If you're new to CrossFit or an OG, or even just a drop-in please give ECCF a visit. You won't be...
