Busy store with lots of beautiful things. I had a guest visiting me on my birthday. While the store was busy the woman at the register was consumed in the computer. She didn't offer to engage with anyone in the store. My friend purchased a stone and some other items to the tune of $150. When asked what this stone was a very sharp, short and unengaged reply of " Titaium quartz, I don't know anything else." I don't think she bothered to even look us in the eye. My thought was to tell my friend to cancel his purchase. If you own this store, wake up. I'm sure many stores here in the area have a similar stone and much better, friendlier customer service. Had an amazing experience with the clerk! She was a beautiful polish woman and I won’t try and spell her name out of respect! Lol the energy is the store is magical and powerful I got the chills more than once sharing some of my experiences with her. She is a kind soul who gives too much and doesn’t take her share so if you go in and a polish woman is helping you help her back as they say in Japan be good to me and I will be good to you!
