For first-time travelers, we were not aware of the issue getting to this place. We were not made aware of the bus or trains that went from Anchorage airport to this Cruise Ship Terminal.
For other first time travelers, we took a bus ($2.00 an exact change) to downtown Anchorage from the airport to a tour bus ($75 per person) to drive the 2.5 hrs to Seward Cruise Ship Terminal to get to our cruise ship. We found this option in the airport when we landed in Anchorage and had to wait for our lost luggage. The other option that is advertised is the train ($800 per person and it only leaves 6 am and in the afternoon) that would’ve taken like 6 hours to get to the ship terminal and/or taxi/lift/uber which is almost $300 for the 2.5hr ride.

Overall, this is a cute little town, but not much to offer for the time that we had to visit. The Sea Life Center was all right, but nothing to make a special trip of for a day. We a ton of time to kill before our Celebrity Cruise continued to Girdwood. The we waited until 1130 for the Seward Brewery to open, which was quite nice. The bartender gave some good in site to the area as she had several seasons at...
