Total coffee snob here. This is the only place in town to go for espresso and espresso-based drinks. Right when you get off the train. If you’re on the north side of town, don’t bother going to the other end for espresso. The church place has great ambiance but the kids there don’t know how to run the machine. The people here know what they are doing and are friendly- they get to know you even if you’re there for just a couple days. The BEST coffee I ever had, no contest. Perfect amount of flavor without just being sweet. The oat milk tasted like an oatmeal cookie, while the spiced brown sugar and Madagascar vanilla added a gentle suggestion of sweetness to highlight the absolute joy of the coffee flavor.
