Iam giving one star because the system will not allow me to give negative stars!!! I have never had a worse experience with a furniture store in my life! We came in to Furniture Row in Sherman Texas to purchase a sectional in mid November 2021. We were told that it would be available in late December or early January. We had not heard anything from the store by mid December so I called and asked for an update from our sales person. He told me at that point that delivery was pushed back to April! He didn't even bother to call and update us. I have messaged the live chat 4 times since then. Received a response twice, did not receive a response once and after 8 hours received a respose at 8:31pm asking for the phone number that the order was placed under. I responded immediately, gave them the phone number and they never responded. We also went to the store in January to complain about the fact that they have not been updating us. We asked then if they would just sell us the one that was on the floor and the manager told us that they cant do that because that particular one is their best seller. Considering that it is going to take atleast 5 months for us to get ours, why would yall continue to sell it, knowing that it will take months to get it? There has not been a time, since the furniture was ordered in November, that they have reached out to us with an update. I found out today that 3 pieces of our sectional are there but they are waiting on the other 2 pieces, but that it is still going to be April. I am also worried that the leather will be different with the amount of time between delivery. I will never purchase another piece of furniture from Furniture Row and if anyone asks me about a place to purchase furniture I will tell them to go anywhere other than...
   Read moreI used my credit card to purchase furniture and delivery fee for my sister's furniture. They were not able to deliver when she needed it so she spoke to someone on the phone who stated the delivery fee was refundable. So this afternoon when my son and nephew went to pick up the furniture they were told by a gentleman in the Denver mattress section that I would need to call to give them my credit card number for a refund. I called this evening and spoke to Rhonda who stated I needed to come to the store. After telling her that's not what my son and nephew were told she was going to check with her manager and call me back. I never got that call so about 7:55 I called her back. She's insisting that I have to come back to the store in order to get my refund and she's telling me that Chris had already told me that. Well I hadn't spoke to anyone except her and when my sister called to inquire about the refund he never expressed that to her. I am 35 miles away sick with pneumonia, being told I have talked to someone by the name of Chris when I haven't doesn't make me a happy person. My phone call ended with some ugly words I am not proud of. There's no reason they can't accept this over the phone. They have the last 4 digits so it's not like it can't be matched up. They lied about talking to me so you can bet your sweet cheeks I will get my refund when I get over my pneumonia and obviously they are liars and I wouldn't ever recommend...
   Read moreUPDATE: itâs been 9 months and the couch has started falling APART!! The seams came undone on every single back cushion. Springs are popping out of the seats!! And more!! We contacted them about it and they sent someone to take pictures at the first of January and after 2 months of calling to see what was going to be done, they called today to say itâs not âmanufactured wear and tearâ so itâs not covered and they canât do ANYTHING. We paid over $3000 CASH for this! We had a Cindy Crawford sectional for over 6 years before this one and it NEVER had any tears, rips, or springs popping out of the seats like this one from furniture row! The only reason we bought this and gave our old couch to family was bc we wanted to downsize. Iâm comparing the quality of this couch from furniture row to our previous Cindy Crawford couch bc we are not hard on the couch! We sit on it and watch tv! Period! It makes no sense this $3000 couch is literally falling apart and they wonât do ANYTHING! We canât even sit on 2 of the seats bc of the springs popping out!! Iâm SO DISSATISFIED with their decision to just say that itâs not the manufactures fault itâs falling apart and theres nothing they will do.
