I miss when this place was on 15th. You now enter this huge room with no signs on whether you are supposed to wait at the door to get ID checked or not, it's always awkward and they never are clear about which registers are in use so you are walking aimlessly in this huge place, feels opposite of homey like most dispos i go to. I called today to check when Happy Hour is and was placed on hold rudely ("i'm putting you on hold" no hello or anything) for over 20 minutes. I decided to hang up. I called back and got an answer immediately, and I asked my question. The budtender than responded "Happy hour? We don't have that. Only on certain days. It's Discount hour blah blah blah" I was confused as to why he was confused because that's obviously what I meant and usually most dispensary's run happy hours every day. I then began to ask if there was a problem with the phone system as I had never waited that long on hold or I wish I had been told to call back at a later time and he again rudely said "yeah it's only me and we are really busy". It all was just very unprofessional and I plan on taking my business elsewhere if they only have one person on staff.
edited to add, i gave them the benefit of the doubt and have gone back. NONE of the staff know about their discounts or deals and I've asked for help as a medical patient and no one knows what is going on. I called again today and was on hold for OVER 30 MINUTES. This place is atrocious to have employees be overwork and underpaid and underserved. Shame on management for forcing people to work when it's only them...

First budtender, I tried to work with was incredibly standoffish and rude, she didnât say hi or speak when I told her what I was looking for. She brought over one option without saying one word. She just continued to stare at me as I looked over at the product. I asked how her day was going, and she continued to ignore me so I finally said, thank you anyway, and I returned to the line for another budtender.
The second budtender was much more friendly and welcomed me over to their counter. They asked what I was looking for and were easy to work with. They provided me with several options, and I was able to purchase four disposable carts.
Three of the carts were great. One of the carts was defective. Two days after the purchase, I tried to exchange the defective cart, but was told by the same very rude budtender that since it had tried to use the product, even though just slightly, they could not exchange or return the product. The cartridge still has the full gram of concentrate in it, but simply wonât pull. I was denied an exchange or return. Worst experience Iâve ever had at any dispensary.    Read moreSo let me tell you, this is one of my favorite shops to go to! I moved from Everett to shoreline so I was familiar with their sister store, and loved them. After going here a bit I wasnât a huge fans of the customer service until Nate took over as management â¤ď¸ He always takes the best care of not just me but my whole family and anyone I send into him he introduced me to kaylyn and sheâs been absolutely amazing I always leave so happy I went in to see them! lately been going in later because of work and theyâve had some new faces that are still learning, but we all learn in new positions, so have patients as you know what itâs like to be new. But between Nate and Kaylyn I leave happy, theyâre knowledgeable, they fast, theyâre Recommendations are always fire đĽ and they make me feel like family! They remember me, they remember my strain preferences (with how many ppl they see it surprises me!) they remember what I usually go in for and they just are over the top with amazing customer service!!!
