This a note to the management team. Your employee bagging groceries had a nasty attitude. When I got to the counter, I took my own groceries out of the basket for the employee to ring and bag. They still had an attitude and put all the groceries in a plastic bag which could have busted. I politely asked for another bag and they slammed the receipt on the counter and mumbled “you should have said that in the first place”. I asked for a manager, they stated they were not there so I had to educate them on their poor customer service and offered to pack my own stuff. I was actually surprised they apologized and hope the customers behind me had a better bagging experience. Their attitude is a reflection of the Tiger Market management team and I will keep my business at 168 Asian Market. The customer service is better and the selections are much better at 168...

This is a great start to a new Korean market. We have to drive quite far to get to h-mart, and the other Korean markets around us are just too expensive for what they offer.

Hopefully tiger market can compete with attractive prices and earn our business over the others. It's so hard in Oakland county to be able to get authentic Korean groceries, so this is a nice addition.

There is ample parking, which is nice, and it's easy enough to get to the store considering the traffic that the Southfield area normally has.

Time will tell on pricing (it's hard to know for sure) but so far it's been pretty great!
