6/11/22- Well here we go again... My husband, myself and our two granddaughters came to your theatre to watch the new Jurassic Park movie. Previous to that just my husband and I came to see Top Gun as well. BOTH TIMES we entered the theatre for the first showings of the day and BOTH TIMES the lobby, concession stand and the theatre itself were filthy. There was popcorn everywhere all over the floors. Behind the concession stand was popcorn all over the floor, under the counter machines. The glass display cases are all dirty and sticky. The staff were walking around like they were half asleep, sluggish moving at a snails pace. They barely spoke let alone had a smile. The hot dog stand was unprepared. The gal behind the counter hot dog counter was not only moving at a snails pace but she had to make Literally 5 trips to the back to get stuff and each time she was gone for at least 3 minutes. When we got to our seats the theatre is the same way, filthy. My seat and tray table were covered with soda. It was Absolutely disgusting. My husband went up and asked for someone to come clean the seat but no one ever came. I had to go down to the bathroom and get wet paper towels and wash and dry my seat and tray table. This is a real disappointment as we really enjoy going to the movies but not at this theatre anymore. We will not be coming back which is really sad. What happened to this theatre it used to be so awesome but now... gross is what it is.
5/31/21 - My husband and I went to your theater for the first time since Covid started, and we were very disappointed. We love going to the movie and love your theater, However this experience was less than enjoyable. We were there on Monday 5/31/21 to see the 11:00 am showing of The Quiet Place 2. Upon entering the facility we were immediately greeted with sour faced concession stand employee's. The hotdog bar was dark, and being our first time back, we didn't know if that was closed or not. We asked the older woman behind the counter and she very grumpily replied that it was open. She was clearly not happy that morning and proceeded to take it out on our hot dogs. Making very sloppy dogs. There was no proper containers for the footlong dog's so my husband had to eat it out of a card board box. We asked for buttered popcorn, when we realized that no butter was added my husband went back to the counter to ask for butter, the younger gal behind the counter smuggly replied that she couldn't do that and had to give us a new popcorn bucket. Same thing when he asked for ice in his soda ( because barely any ice was given to begin with) she replied grumpy that she had to give him a new soda. The theater was dirt and in disarray, our upper level seats were all torn up, the tray table and cup holders were dirty with food and sticky drink. I hope this was an isolated incident and hope we don't...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreMadison is a poor excuse for a manager. I went to see the 10:15am showing of Moana with my brother and his family. We got there at 10am thinking 15 minutes was plenty of time to get our concessions, but it was packed! We got up to the register around 10:15am and the employee took my brother's order and then walked away before taking mine. After about 5 or so minutes, Madison comes to the register next to ours and screams for the next customer. I told her I was actually ready to order and she said I had to order from the same guy who took my brother's order. I commented that I was worried about not getting to the movie at the same time as them, but she ignored me. I thought it was rude, but didn't comment further and tried to not let it get to me. I made a note to myself to get there earlier next time, and not go to the same register.
Madison helps 2 other customers as I continue to stand there waiting for our cashier to come back. I can see him running around, but it's impossible to get his attention. I think Madison could tell I was getting impatient, but rather than offering to take my order, she feels the need to comment to me again about why it's their "policy" to have groups order at the same register. Cool. She's talking to me again. So, I start to tell her that I'm just worried because our movie has already started and by the time my brother gets his food, I will just be starting to order. The entire time I'm saying this, she is looking away and refusing to make eye contact and then she walks away. Ignored again! This is not someone who should be in a leadership role in the customer service industry.
Had she not said anything at all, I would have continued to wait, impatiently, and would have kept my disappointment to myself. But initiating a conversion with a customer and then ignoring their concern is absolutely insane. She seems to not care about the costumer experience and it wouldn't have hurt her or the business one ounce to let me pay for my popcorn and drink real quick, but making me stand there and wait, I did miss the first 5 minutes of the movie.
IMAX, please hire more compassionate and empathetic leaders. No wonder all of the employees looked so miserable. Look at their...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe price was great for the theater but, there is much to be desired by the way service. I pre purchase my tickets online and thought it was really cool how I could walk up to the flat screen and print out my tickets but, what I thought was even cooler was I was able to order my concessions... or so I thought. The tickets printed out and with instructions to go to the bar next to where they sell sausages. I waited for quite a while and nothing so I handed the girl my ticket and told her that it said to come here. She didn't seem to be able to read the abbreviations that were printed out and had to ask me what the items were. It was was popcorn with extra butter, soda, and a furreal shake. We walked all the way to theater 7, which is at the very end of the hall, my son goes to dip in his shake and it's hard as a rock. I told him to go ahead and go back which we found out it was self-service. Next I'm eating my popcorn and after I get past the first layer it was just dry salty popcorn underneath. I noticed they had popcorn seasoning station ccessible to guests which is nice but, not if the popcorn is dry. It would make more sense for them to have a butter station as most of the upgraded theaters do have as well as Sports arenas. So again I walk all the way back from theater 7 to the concession area and go back to the same counter. After being ignored through two sets of customers I asked her if she could put more butter on my popcorn because it was supposed to be extra butter. Mind you this was the same girl that got my food. There was a butter station literally behind her. All she had to do was take the popcorn, turn around, and push it a couple times. Instead she tells me that I have to go get in line at the other side to get more butter on the popcorn that she made wrong. The line was super long and the movie was starting. I felt like that was piss poor customer service on her behalf. Anyhow, this theater itself is all right. The "luxury" recliners had red duct tape covering up areas that I guess had torn. Not sure duck tape is luxury. The positive are that the tempetature of the theater was perfect. The screen size was good and the sound system was excellent and at the...
