So I started here about three weeks ago and i absolutely love it. All the girls are pleasant. They are very accommodative, and what I mean by that is, I had an incident where my blood sugar dropped, and they rushed to get me help, get me what I need to bring up my blood sugar, make sure to let everyone else know that I am prediabetic, also I want to give a special thanks to Ryan, who was the instructor that day? And he ran, i'm not sure where to get me a doctor pepper, five stars to him. TODAY I had a class, and I was Really , Depleted and the instructor while still instructing the class. Got me a drink with electrolytes, which I needed and didn't know I needed to which was awesome for her to notice in, accommodate me and still do her job. And that's francesca! Five stars to her, if you don't have something, there are lenders, things that you can help you with to get you through the workout and get you started. I tend to forget some of my items at times. Them also remembering you by not only face, but name, it's very refreshing. I would definitely recommend this...
Read moreGood work out, but incompetent front desk staff and rude manager. I attended juice box classes for almost a year before injuring my back. The back injury was not related to juice box. I called the studio and asked them to suspend my membership. They agreed. However, when I checked my accounts they had been charging me for about 5 months without my knowledge or permission. When I called the studio to let them know, I spoke with Maddie. I anticipated a better response, but she was extremely rude, disrespectful and couldn’t emphasize with the fact that I have been ripped off by $550. I absolutely loved going to juice box yoga and was considering returning. However I definitely won’t be after the horrendous conversation that occurred over the phone. Not sure if I will get a refund, so I decided to file a claim with the bank. Yoga studios are a dime a dozen in Reno/ Northern California. I’d recommend checking them out prior to risking your credit card information...

Power Vinyasa with Katie. I like her method of teaching. It goes fast with what body movement. The room is about 95 but she cools it down with opening the door a bit here and there.
Hot Pilates Sculpt with Amy about killed me. Amy wears a head set and walks around making sure everyone is moving correctly. The music is more loud and energetic.
I hope to try Bikram pure. Katie told me this one concentrates more on the poses and there is no music.
The last one is warm and yin but that's only at 7pm at night. I want to try that one for sure.
At the end of class they give you an ice cold lavender wash cloth. They let you cool down and then you can go when you feel ready.
They also mop the floors and sanitize.
It's tucked in near the backside of Legends. It's easier to park at BURLINGTON and walk over by all the construction. There is a little coffee shop next door to...
