The Outlets at Legends — Attraction in Sparks

I have four children and last night decided to go do some thing for myself. There is a wonderful yoga studio within the Legends mall that puts on hot Bikram yoga classes..

The class was wonderful, but when I got out my car was missing. I was sipping wet, freezing, and didn’t know if it had been stolen or towed because there is no proper signage anywhere. I had no sweatshirt and I had kids waiting for me at home.

After running around the mall and trying to get answers, I finally found someone who saw the name of a towing truck in the parking lot on their break.

I immediately called the towing company and they did in fact tow my car. Even though the mall was about to close, and there was no need for this besides for a financial gain, and to make their customers life miserable. From what I was told, they have a contract with Milne Towing company, so be very, very careful!

BEWARE they have a contract with Milne Towing who is constantly monitoring the premises for cars to tow. This mall is going to lose tons of customers if they’re not careful. I heard they recently towed tons of cars from a concert that was put on near the mall as well. I am one unhappy customer, and they just ruined that mall for me. A place that we often go to——-I no longer want to attend.

I want to cancel my defy pass, I want to never go back to that yoga, studio again, and they need to be careful not to mess with their customers. They should be the ones looking out for their customers. They probably get a cut of every car towed which I’m going to address with them as well. Not to mention they do not have proper signage and so if your car is towed, you have no idea who to call.

This will not be the last that they hear from me. I get it if I was parked in the loading zone or blocking a fire hose but that was not the case. Shame on them for treating their customers this way.

I come here regularly enough that I question my decision almost every time. Whoever designed this area should be fired 3 times over. They dumped retail and restaurants with very little thought about use, space, and weather.

There's not enough parking. People double park and park along through ways at peak times every day. Making it unsafe to negotiate vehicles through tight spaces.

The roundabouts. What a horrendous idea to add roundabouts. Eat at Chipotle and watch cars have fender benders and near misses all day. Look at the ground around the roundabouts, it's littered with auto parts from past crashes.

The whole area is challenging to navigate. It's a maze of driveways and deadends and online order pickup spots, which is maddening at peak hours when you're looking for a spot to park.

Bonus points when Scheels decides to make the road in front of their store one way and traffic backs up everywhere.

This was built outside, where during winter, you may be forced to park on the other side of the mall and have to walk on sidewalks that are poorly maintained.

Way too many drive thrus were built in tight areas. Drive thru lines spill out of driveways and clog lanes.

Please start by getting rid of the roundabouts. They are theeee worst part of this mall. Then you can iron out all the other critical details missed in the planning of this...

I went into Lane Bryant to get measured for a bra and I had the worst experience ever on top of them not having anything comfortable to choose from. I was measured wrong the first time and the second time I can't believe it! These people work there and should know how to take measurements. I am about 50 years old and I have hot flashes and trying on all these different bras that were too small was plain hell. One of the bras I tried on actually ripped and I refused to pay for it as it was the wrong size to begin with. It's been a while a few years actually since I have had measurements taken which I usually had done at Victoria's secret in the mall, but I have gained weight since then and was looking forward to getting some new bras that day only to find out that Lane Bryant is a joke and wasted my time as I drove over a hundred miles to get there. I was better off taking chances ordering off Amazon which ended up working out perfectly and ended up with very nice soft pleasant looking bras. I will never go back to that Lane Bryant store again. I am absolutely shocked at my experience. Don't waste your time...
