Arena X (now combined with Big Air) — Attraction in Spartanburg

Great for kids to play. They had a special on the website and did not honor it. Way to much for one hour. You can not afford to go. The food is awful and way to high in price. The employees played more then they work. They never smile. They let their friends in because I saw someone walk in and never paid and got the bracelet for all day play. One of the areas would close down and my grandchild could not play there and that was the very one he liked most so we paid for something we could not use. I hope they will take notice...

My 8yo boy had fun and really liked the place. However it's very noisy and crowded, and there apparently was some confusion with registration to different birthday parties, our present was sent to wrong party, and nobody knew untill we accidentally saw that. I guess there might have been a bit better...

So my daughter was suppose to have a birthday party here for our grandson at 11:30 and nothing!! The host never showed up and no one took over. Sitting here with a bunch of kids and no party. Not good and...
