Fast exam, great selection of frames, decent prices, the staff is super helpful, and the picture of my retina was cool to see. I went in with no history, no insurance, and made my appointment as a walk-in at end of the day. No complaints.
I got a new prescription that helps me see perfectly and two new pairs of glasses with nice frames and polycarbonate lenses all in right around 45 minutes, including time to adjust the frames. All four of the people I saw were pleasant and happy to help, even scoring some laughs. Oh, and remember that no insurance part? I was out the door in under an hour and exam + two good pairs of glasses + poly lenses only cost me right around $320. For everything.
Apparently you can have speed, quality, and a fair price all at once. Excellent experience. Plus I got to check out my own retinas!
Keep in mind they have frames half the price of what I picked, and 15 minutes was me being indecisive while my guy patiently waited and even encouraged me to look at more frames. I wasn't rushed they're just that fast. I wasn't pressured into the higher cost frames, I just love how insanely flexible they are withh great elasticity. I can't imagine breaking these, but if I do they've got me...

I wanted to bring in my own frames due to the very limited in-store selection. They claimed that the hinge on my frames (360 degree bendable hinges) was a gimmick that goes out of alignment, and that the magnetic clip on tinted lenses were hard to replace if they got lost. In reality the hinges are durable stainless steel and the tinted clip on lenses are only $28 to get replacements if they got lost. They tried to convince me to buy their frames and demonstrated some memory metal frames. When they twisted up the memory metal frames and then let them snap back into shape, the arms were severely out of alignment one dropping about 1/2 inch downwards. They could not adequately explain why the arms were warped and expected me to purchase the very same warped frames. I declined and decided to just have them install lenses in my frames. While doing paperwork they wanted me to agree that if they broke my frames they would not be responsible. I declined and decided to go to Walmart where I purchased the frames. At Walmart they were very polite, no pressure, no questionable claims about their frames, and the price was comparable for high quality...
Read moreWhile in Spokane visiting a family member whose ill and staying with another family member who has 3 dogs. Two are puppies and when I woke up on Wednesday morning I couldn't find my glasses. So I asked my family member to help me find them unbeknownst to me she was holding what was my glasses. So in a hurry I called my eye glass place Visionworks in Long Island NY who faxed my prescription info to Visionworks in Spokane. Unfortunately the visionworks in Spokane was unable to help because their equipment was not working. They referred me to Eyemart Express. They were so accommodating that they helped me find a frame, put my order together and said on Thanksgiving eve that my glasses would be ready in one hour. So I left and they said to be back in a hour and it was 29 minutes a text came across my phone my glasses were ready. Thank you to Nick and Don who were pleasant and understood that this was an emergency. I will refer anyone to them as they were there to accomadate the customer. Thank you from the bottom of my heart one less thing to worry about. Rhea Hitter, Massapequa, Long Island NY A very...
