If I could rate no stars I most definitely would!!!!, I purchased a laptop online from Spokane Washington it was mailed to me in Houston TX received Laptop started the process to put software on it and it Locked with a message to contact Spokane school District. I called and spoke with I.T. department and was advised it was STOLEN and they had been tracking laptop and knew exactly what I.P. address it was logged onto I explained my situation they were apologetic but insisted to please resolve issue quickly so they could get laptop back and assign it to a child in need, I've repeatedly called emailed 11 times now and NO individual has a clue I keep getting emailed back stating they will forward email, today I will send it to the school and start the process to recover my losses I don't like to complain but this situation could have been avoided in so many ways for starters something valuable as a laptop should be linked to a theft database like pawnshop owners used it's clear from conversation with school it was reported to the police completely discussed with the run around with goodwill at 304.2nd street Spokane Washington... I'd like to add trouble ticket was issued a week ago Monday received reply that attachment wasn't there I immediately replied with screenshots 6 days later not a word message in trouble ticket expressed the importance of stolen laptop.

Terrible. I went in to talk about getting a housing case manager, and the lady at the desk was not listening to anything I had to say. She kept wanting me to take a HEN evaluation Even though I repeatedly told her that "I am already approved, I have my HEN approval letter right here with me" but she just couldn't grasp the idea that I had already gone to DSHS and done it. She was like a broken robot that only knew how to say one thing: "You need to do a HEN evaluation, you need to do a HEN evaluation, you need to do a HEN evaluation..... "I know, lady. I already did it before coming in." I'm a responsible adult. Maybe if this place actually opened their ears and listened to people, someone might get housed. Anyways I'm going to go to SNAP and see if they're better than...

If you're looking to be abused and you're willing to accept that you are going to be relegated to people who don't understand what they're supposed to be doing, yep, go to Goodwill and go through their program.

You must be a felon or an addict, because veterans who are honorable will not be treated with the same respect as felons and addicts.

Good luck with Goodwill, because I'm telling you right now Goodwill is not a good entity.

Giving the contract to Goodwill to handle veteran homelessness is a total travesty and a lie.

Billions of dollars are given to entities like this like Goodwill instead of to literally giving it to an entity that could do it right which is the Salvation Army so we get to suffer and people get paid to abuse us good...
