I originally ordered our recliners online on 6/11, I was informed I would be contacted by phone to arrange payment. It was noted arrival wouldn't be until mid-July. I received an email later in the day confirming my order but not arranging payment. I confirmed right away. I was told they would be in touch. I assumed (my mistake, I guess) they would actually order the recliners. I still hadn't heard anything on 7/16, so I emailed the same person who sent me the initial email. I heard nothing back. I emailed again on 7/28 and finally heard back. Unfortunately, I heard that they had never actually ordered our recliners. I again requested this to be done. I was told it would be two weeks. I was patient and didn't write again until 8/16. I received a response, but it wasn't that our recliners had arrived. At that time, I requested they be delivered due to the misunderstandings and inconveniences. The person said they would deliver them in their personal vehicle. I asked for them to be delivered via the typical deliver method so as to ensure nothing were to happen to them. No response. I then received a call on 8/18 that they had arrived. I emailed acknowledging receipt of the voicemail and stating my husband would pick them up. My husband went to pick them up on 8/19, only to find that they weren't at the Gateway location where the person I had been communicating with located. Read moreMy wife and I bought a Stanton Sectional, Stanton Ottoman, Stanton Double Chair, and Ashley Dining Room Table and Chair set through Matt at the Springfield Rife's Home Furniture. We visited the store several times as we were figuring out our furniture needs and Matt remembered us after our first visit and was there with us all along the way. He did his best to get us the furniture we wanted at the best price and gave us flexibility in locking in a quoted price when we needed to take measurements at our new home in the Portland area. He suggested we use painter's tape to tape out the dimensions of the furniture and triple check that it all fit in our space, and we are SO thankful we took his advice because it shifted our sectional plans a little bit due to space constraints. The furniture came in quicker than expected (ordered middle of August, Matt quoted us 8-12 weeks, furniture delivered in 5 weeks exactly) and delivery and assembly of furniture with Rife's delivery employees was a breeze. We are so happy with our furniture selections and the process as a whole. Read moreThis is first time I bought new furniture this has been few month adventure . I started off with a few different stores and allot notes later I stop inbetween at Rife's Furniture. I ran into Brain Cameron he was a cool guy I told him I was going be inside for few hours don't need much I just need to feel out some options I would come get him after he said no problem take your time well about 4-5 hours later the stores was closing I told him I'll be back . The next day I came in I chatted with Brian again he was so chill I said I kinda found what I liked here but I really loved the one at Ashley furniture but I did not like how the sales person was telling me there was going be $300 dollor increase if I don't buy now 😅 Brian said well we love to take your bussiness and can order from same people as them it blew me away and as we looked online it was about $200 dollars cheaper then Ashley also I got to customize the configuration to my liking .
