I had a horrible experience with the manager (Young Guy) I will never come back to this store. I called and made a complaint to corporate, and I was told I would have a response withing 24-48 hours. Customer service at the corporate level is horrible also. Abby which is the Area Manager at of Lexington is the only one that communicate back on the ugly situation which the St. Matthews cops came. I came in to get a bracelet (which I have several) cleaned. While there, I was looking at rings, and they had a promotion, but when it was time to pay they were going to overcharged me. I asked for a manager and this young kid came over and told me that the sign that was above the display didn't read like that. I said no that isn't what it says. I took a picture of the sign, and asked him his name, and he stated I'm not telling you. I went to take his picture so I could have at least something to show corporate and that is when he smacked my hand with my phone in it, and told me to leave the mall. He then proceeded to go to the front of the store, and told me that I couldn't leave. He shoved me, and I told him to keep his hands off of me. He had no right touching my phone, or shoving me. I made a report with Mall security and then the St. Matthews police were called. He told his staff to call Mall security. I stood outside of the store, and the whole staff was laughing. I left and walked outside and flagged down the Mall security guard. They are the ones that called the police. After speaking to Mall security and the police, they both advise me to make sure I filed a complaint against the store. I have tried for over a month to get a response, and the only one that has talked with me about the accident is Abby the area manager. She stated that they are all being retrained. I received a call one time from the owner, stating she would call me back, and that NEVER happened. I reached out another time calling the store asking for her and they stated she wasn't there. I will NEVER step foot in the store, and I have told many people my experience and they will not be shopping there either. The owner apparently isn't concern how her employees treat a very long time customer, which I have brought many things throughout the years in that store. Sad, Pandora corporate office, and the owner doesn't care about their customers. If I could they wouldn't even get a one for service. I would not recommend this store to anyone! I will also be following a complaint with the Better...
Read moreI purchased a Pandora bracelet and a few charms roughly 1 week ago. I noticed the bracelet starting to tarnish where the charms were so I decided to return for a refund. I went to the store in St. Matthews, informed the associate kindly about my issue and she began to argue with me about why I couldnât return my items. (purchased at another location, must take to that store, most people exchange, there is nothing wrong) then took the jewelry/receipts and went to get a manger. After ten minutes waiting listening to 3 employees gossip, manager finally arrived. She demanded my bracelet couldnât be returned as it was purchased at another location. Both tried to convince me my purchase was not made through a Pandora store even though it was. After looking up store info and proving so, she stated it could not be returned because of a scratch that was NOT there when I presented the merchandise. I informed her about the 30 day return policy/warranty and that the only thing noticeable was the tarnishing of the silver. She then tells me sheâs not able to locate the item number or find it in the system (she didnât try) based on a barcode issue and still refuses to return it. It has now been 20 mins. She offers an exchange but I refuse as I donât understand how it can be exchanged but not returned being unlocatable. The 3 other associates (originally gossiping) and other employee are around adding their inputs. Nothing was wrong yet there is a gang of employees teaming against me trying not to complete my transaction. I call the store where I purchased the bracelet, the manager tries to convince me thereâs nothing they can do to help me and they were closed (false info) I speak to the manager there and she locates the item number and sends a copy to me in one minute. She tells me there should be no issues returning and apologized; very kind, pleasant and professional unlike the associates that I dealt with in this store. Finally manager returns my items. Not only was she unprofessional and lacking knowledge but I also couldnât help but notice her hands werenât clean and nails needed grooming. I asked for a paper receipt and e-mail after. She provided the e-receipt but no paper copy for me. After all the hassle I thanked her and left. I couldnât believe how badly I was treated,...
Read moreDrove an hour to purchase safety chain for bracelet as I had previously lost it, found it and did not want to lose it again. As always I'm looking at charms and ask about the free bracelet for mothers day. Salesperson states you have to purchase at least $150. Its not stated on television ad but it is on website (I had to fact check). That then no longer interest me as it was not my intent to spend that much. As I continued looking and selecting charms, my end balance was over $300. I get the bracelet and ask about a 2nd as I've spent double. I'm told by the manager, Mark it is limited to 1 per guest. I ask to see that in writing because it's not on the website. Then he back peddle and say well oh the ad says spend $150 and get a bangle not bangles (emphasis on the 's'. Okay I did that 2x which means 2 bracelets. Then he says per transaction. I ask where is that in writing? Again, the ad says spend $150 and get a bangle. He then states it has to be per transaction. This dude was really trying to insult my intelligence. And he didn't know that I had already spoken with the customer beside me who had also spent $300+ but HE had already okayed 2 bangles for her single transaction. Bottom line, I had to return items totaling $150, repurchase to make it a separate transaction to get the 2nd bracelet. More work for them not me and I got the 2nd bracelet which was fair based on Pandora's ad.
Look just be fair to ALL customers as she and I discussed further the whole situation - hers as well as mine after leaving the store! and . . . DON'T EVER insult the customers intelligence!! 1 star for that customer...
