Pyramid Computers — Attraction in Stone Mountain

I went to this store because I wanted to support a BLACK OWNED business! What a joke! They call themselves PYRAMID Computers as though they have knowledge of self and profess to be "conscious"! The wife, Latoya appeared to be a "sistah", locs in hair listening to issues in our community. I bought into the hype and asked her to repair my laptop. I felt good supporting our own. The husband called 3 days later suggesting replacing my computer shell and upgrading my ram from 8 to 16 gigs. I thought price was high so I, called my son who told me if he's upping ram than it's worth it. Price was high, but again, black owned I wanted to support ,so I did. Came to pick up computer,checked with wife on agreed upon fix. HUSBAND doesn't recall conversation about upping ram from 8 to 16 gigs! I felt, dooped, direspected and most of all HURT. Wife says, I don't see where he left the notes. I would have to take computer a part and see if this is even possible. I don't know why he would say that and computer didn't even come on to determine that. She ask husband again, he says he doesn't "recall" conversation. Hangs up and will no longer answer her calls. MAKE SURE IF YOU TALK TO THE CROOKED HUSBAND OVER THE PHONE AND HE TAKES YOUR PAYMENT, MAKE HIM SEND IT TO YOU IN WRITING THE WORK ORDER AND NOTES, SINCE HE DOESN'T SEEM TO "RECALL" HIS AGREEMENTS. THE CREATOR SEES ALL! Karma is everything! What you put out in the universe comes back two fold. You may have been in business a long time, but you can't take advantage of people and expect to continue to prosper. I told Latoya and her deceitful husband, "All you have in this world as a BLACKMAN is your word and your word is your bond!" No disrespect to the wife , she has to back her man, I guess even when he is dishonest. My spirit was broken by this encounter and I will have to pray on this for peace. We should expect BLACK EXELLENCE, especially when there are so many other communities around always waiting to tear us down....

I have to say that this was a pleasant experience that I had at Pyramid computers. Today, I met a young lady by the name of Latoya and she after much frustration on my part with other computer with a big box store. I should say she told me that Joshua could repair it easily. I said OK, do I have to drop it off and leave it? She said no, you good, I can do it right now and she did and then charge me a penny. What a wonderful wonderful person. I absolutely without a doubt. Give my full 5 star review to Pyramid computers and Latoya and that enterprise. Unfortunately, she told me that she won't be around after January. Latoya is a Gem! I've been back and forth taking my laptop and my Mother, & Sister's laptops to get repaired. Latoya always greets me with such warmth and information. I truly appreciate her insight and energy. Elton was so friendly over the phone when he explained to me what was happening, after he took a deeper dive into my laptop, in particular. After a battery replacement, I forgot to request a keyboard replacement, so I'll be going back, and I'm happy to do so.
