I visited this location this past Saturday. I placed an online order to print 9 pages . My mistake was not seeing the ready time was going to be the next day so I went into the store. I waited in the line for about 10-15 minutes because nobody came to help get the customers out it was one girl working . I get to the counter and she informs me that my order will not be ready until the next day for 9 pages. I asked her to cancel the order she pointed me to the table with business cards. I told her that didn’t tell me how to cancel and she stated she was going to do it and would give me something showing it would be refunded . I sat waiting for 15 more minutes for what she said she would give me for confirmation as she just kept helping everyone else. I ended up going to find another employee to ask if they could cancel my order and give me confirmation as she stated they would initially. He said he cancelled it and they don’t have anything to confirm that it was cancelled I would just get a email confirmation. Needless to say 5 days later still no email and still no refund . Unfortunately, today I went into the Staples and asked a young lady named Jaylan for assistance in printing some documents. I had sent the docs to the email prior to entering the store so I would have the code ready for whoever would need it. Jaylan made every excuse not to assist me and even walk away to another register to assist someone else without asking me to hold on. Another lady came over to assist me and I told her , I thought the other girl was helping me. Well a few minutes passed and the lady called to Jaylan to finish assisting me and helped her with my digital gift card. Well Jaylan rang up my documents that she didn’t want to print for me, then she told me I cannot use my digital gift card, but the other lady told her she could. After Jaylan rang up my docs, she put my receipt on the counter and not in my hand and she didn’t even put my documents in the bag. Went in for a simple fax, I usually go to Office Depot but this store is next door to my job so I wasted 15 minutes going in there. The fax machine ask you to enter the 10 digits for long & local numbers, I did that and it twice kicked back saying invalid or missing phone number. An older male employee in the copy & print department said “you usually enter 1 before the number long distance”. I mentioned the system said 10 digits and that would total 11 but I went back over to enter all the info again just assuming he’s old enough to know plus he works in the department....: failed again because it only needed 10 digits. I then went to ask if there was another fax option since there are fax and copy machines with them behind the counter, he rudely said “no” and continued what he was doing as if he hadn’t just told me wrong information. People complain about the young employees but it’s the older one’s refusing to learn their jobs & giving bad service. Definitely going back to...
