I really had a pleasant stay here and want to give it a 5-star review, but there are few things that prevent me to do so which I will include below. Room - I had the Ocean View room on the 21st floor which was majestic! great view of the ocean and the beach both from the room and the living room! It was very spacious, comparable to sizable 1 bedroom apartment with a living room with a gigantic full-size mirror my wife loved, 1.5 bathrooms, bedroom with a tv, and fully functioning kitchen with microwave, induction, refrigerator and dishwasher. I really liked the bath tub which was deep, and overhead shower providing vertical flow. As you can see from the photos, the view and balcony were amazing. Service - No real complaints of the service, the staff were courteous and fast. Housekeeping was pretty good, and they take care of your dirty dishes as well. I do wish the front desk had changes for my $20 bills so I could break them for tips. There were spots on the kitchen surfaces that were not cleaned. Location - Sunny Isles Beach is a great location. The beaches are pretty and quiet, and the hotel give you access to the beach spots with towels and everything. Also, there is Walgreens and decent restaurants within 10 min walking distance, which is a big plus. Downside is that it's quite a ride if you want to hit up the main areas of Miami Beach or Miami. Misc - Elevators is the worst part of the experience. The hotel does not have a separate service elevator for its staff, meaning all the house-keeping and service share the same 3 elevators. Not sure if this was the reason, but the elevators were constantly backed up and during my 5-day stay, and it was common to see people waiting 5 minutes, and then the elevator stopping on multiple floors. The building is bit old, so you will find some minor faults with the hotel or rooms. For example, one of the reading lights would just not turn off in the room, and I had toilet switch that kept getting suck. but these were pretty negligible. There is also a daily resort fee of $50+ on top of your room booking fee you have to pay separately. So paying $250+ for my stay and I went out to the hotel beach once for maybe 30 min... so this was more or less excess charge for us. Also, there is no walk-way to get to the street, meaning you have to walk down the ramp where cars come up and down. Overall - Despite my complaints of few items above, the stay was wonderful and the ocean view is one of the best views I have had. The spacious room and beautiful vibe of Sunny Isles Beach really made the stay worthwhile. I would def. recommend this hotel!

I give this place a 2.5 rating. It was supposedly a 4 star hotel, but I would disagree. We booked a room with two beds and when we checked in, they said we booked a king room. I showed them the confirmation email and Andre, at the desk, found us a room with two beds, which was appreciated. However, we were immediately hit with a MASSIVE cloud of cigarette and weed smoke as we exited the elevator onto our floor and it REEKED! I always check the beds for bugs and there was a pile of sand, dirt and pubic hairs on the base of the bed. There was some kind of blanket thing draped over the headboard that has probably never been washed/cleaned. It grossed me out. The bathroom was okay, but there was only half a pane of glass in the shower so the entire bathroom floor floods every time you shower. We were also awoken at 5:30 a.m. to LOUD music/party happening next door. We called the front desk to ask them to turn it down a bit and that never happened. The music was still blasting at 9 a.m. when we ventured out. We were also hit with $300 worth of other fees once we chalked in. That was more than the cost of our room! I would not recommend this place.

Everything was great, especially since they allow pets. They are constantly cleaning the floor so you would never even know that any other pets were there. They have a designated area for pets to do their business but they are not really supposed to be on the beach although I did see a lot of dogs on the beach anyway. I suspect they have that rule mainly because of lazy individuals that feel it is someone else's responsibility to clean up after their pets. If you clean up after your dog I doubt anyone would complain. Just keep a bag visible in your hand so people realize that you are not one of the lazy pet owners. The entrance is a little tight however, every resort on this strip seems to have a similar entrance layout that is also very tight to utilize the small footprint of the resort in the best way possible. It is not really an issue, just something to be aware of. Pulling in there with an Excursion may be a little tricky but could probably still be done. Anything you could want is available at the resort, nearby within walking distance or can be delivered utilizing a service. I would definitely stay here again.

I’ve never been more pleased with a hotel stay than I was with Solé! I booked with them super last minute & ended up getting such a great deal that I was expecting for at least some small issues, but I couldn’t have been more wrong. The location is amazing, so many things walking distance and many shops including a really cool mall a short drive away. My room was really cute and it had a balcony with partial ocean & city view. The front desk staff was the friendliest and most helpful and the house keepers were seriously so sweet! Oscar the bell boy was a real gentleman & the valet service was also top tier. The neighborhood is bustling but also really calm so if you’re looking for a Miami experience but don’t want to stay in Miami Beach then this is it! I couldn’t be happier with my experience here & I will be recommending this hotel to my friends. I can’t wait to be back!

The best bang for buck in the Miami area. Great service and wonderful staff and rooms. Beach and pool service. The restaurant has ocean views, has delicious food and is very great with their service as well. Walking distance to all shops and plazas across the street.

I want to thank Beatriz for being very helpful, patient, and kind with us. Everyone from the guys from valet parking to the waiters at the restaurant and the receptionists, they were nothing but kind. No one ever gave us the bad look, treated us less then, they were never with bad attitudes. Is hard to find a hotel where they welcome you as much. Prices were good, the workers in the restaurant always kind too. I was very happy here and I am very glad I choose this hotel for my weeding weekend. The view was everything and more! Thank you Beatriz
