Worst customer service by the Framing Section Lady Manager I guess her Name is Jill (pink hair). She spoke so rudely and showed discrimination the moment I asked about my order. She yelled at the top of her voice for no reason and behaved in a disrespectful way and immediately refused to do what I had asked. Is this the way she treats her customers? I'm shocked with such rude and impolite behavior by her. She needs to learn manners, treat everyone with "equal respect" and speak politely to all customers. The framer did some amount of her job and I wanted to speak to her and wanted to know why she left some portions. The lady manager was not allowing me to speak to the framer and treating me like a criminal, showing discrimination, yelling and mocking me as I said I needed an explanation why certain portion of the work was not done. I already had to wait for 1 week to get my work. They forgot to do some portions and I had to come back and ask them. I also feel more neat finishing work can be done by the framer. Anyways I'm not at happy with the money I paid and the rude and horrible service I got by the lady manager. The framer behaved well and answered my questions politely in the end. I left the place unhappy and I will never come back for any service or business here again definitely not. I also don't recommend this...
Read moreI usually like this Michaels but today, this Michaels upset me. First, the tall young man with dark hair, thin build, soft voice tone... told me to move up... I am a teacher and saw my students and I took a minute or 2 to say Hi... he rudely interrupted and said... Can u move up so others can get by. NO ONE WAS BEHIND US. NO ONE WAS MOVING IN THE LINE EITHER. Then, I went to his register and he told me he could NOT take my coupon, from the Michaels website because it was not his store coupon. I was frustrated! I got out of line... took 20 mins more to look for a coupon from sunnyvale store. Had to sign up on my phone for 25% off coupon. Then went in line again! 5 more mins of a line! Went to a girl cashier and she was more than helpful....only to be told that the 25% off coupon on my phone is only valid for online purchase. She knew I was even more frustrated... but she was nice enough to let me use my original 30% off coupon for my time and inconvenience. If not for her, I would never return to this Michaels. Didn't get her name, but she was about 5'2, and a star customer service cashier. It was around 3:36pm on Sunday, Feb. 21, 2021, should u want to recognize her for her wonderful customer support! Kudos to that...
Read moreThis place, like all Michaels stores, has SERIOUSLY got to install a self-check line. They HAVE to. Every other retailer in the Western Hemisphere has installed a self-check line, so I don't know what's stopping them; it's time to get with the program & move to the 21st Century. Sure, the stores themselves have a nice selection of items, but then they totally screw themselves by hiring the slowest, pokiest & least-competent cashiers in all of retail. It's not brain-surgery, yet the simple act of simply scanning the barcode of an item, ringing it up & taking payment for it from the customer is handled as if it's a major international multi-partner trade-negotiation. So as much as I'd like to give this store a higher rating than this, in all honesty I can give them no better than a one-star rating for the lousy "service"...
