I am writing to express my disappointment regarding a particularly unpleasant experience I had with a cashier during my recent visit to your store in sawgrass mills mall over the holiday season. As I approached the young lady on december 26, I was met with an unfriendly demeanor and a lack of basic courtesy when I asked a simple question about picking up my online order (which instructions in the email said to follow the sign in store and approach the register next to the sign which it was her register and why i asked ) she responded with a dismissive tone to "make the line". I asked her if she was sure because the instructions in the email said to go to the register and ask and, she cut me off and said " you still have to make the regular line" As a made the long line i noticed that another customer approached her with same question of online order and she attended to him right away ( unlike me he didnt not have to make the long line) . I'm not sure why it was treated so indifferent when I was extremly polite. This type of customer service is unacceptable, especially during a time when kindness and patience should be prioritized. I dont recall the young lady's name because I left the store feeling so confused about her actions towards me but I do remember she was on the last register and she had long braids with an accent of red/burgundy. The second young lady that attended me after making the line was really polite and apologize for the incident which i appreciate but it defeated the whole purpose of online ordering. I hope my feedback helps to improve the experience for future customers, as no one deserves to be treated so rudely while shopping during a season meant for joy and...
Read moreOld Navy is strictly an average kind of place to shop for clothes. In fact, I probably would have gone with two stars, but I do like their jeans, so I'll stick with the three. I'm really hard to fit and theirs actually work pretty well.
Overall, though, I think their styles are nothing special and the quality definitely has some issues. I bought a swimsuit there for use in the pool. I take really good care of my suits, as they are generally pretty expensive for what they are. I wash them completely, instead of just rinsing them out, every time I wear them. Usually I can get at least one full season of nearly daily use from a suit. The one I got from Old Navy was less expensive than some, but by the time I'd worn it 12-15 times, it was completely faded out and the fabric had stretched out so much that I could gather it and tie it in a knot at the side! That just shouldn't happen. I've got one that was $15 at Walmart and is in better shape after almost 100 times in the pool.
So, if you're looking for quality, this isn't the place to go. If you're a person who just wants to pay moderate prices on something that you don't want to wear much, it...
Read moreI needed a few items of clothing and thought I would goto Old Navy at Sawgrass. Im an clean cut adult. Nothing of any concern. I was never asked if Ineed assistance or welcomed, just followed and watched as I looked at pants or anything. When I went to pay the cashier was rude looking at the screen and me and the screen. Asked to see my card as if I stole it. Is it their policy to be rude and so suspicious of customers to the point of uncomfortableness. Hopefully every location isnt the...
