Starbucks — Restaurant in Sunset Hills

This is the best Starbucks location I’ve ever been to. The employees are always very nice. I’ve ordered here several times, at least once or twice a week, and they’ve never messed up my drink or burnt the espresso. Also a few weeks ago I had a mobile order and my son was with me carrying his dinosaur toy. One of the workers noticed and said cool dinosaur toy! And then it’s like everyone got the memo and every single worker was like “wow that’s such a cool dinosaur!” “Did you guys see that kids dinosaur?!” It was really sweet and silly and unexpected. Starbucks has always been a community coffee shop. A place to gather and enjoy a beverage with friends and neighbors. The recent remodel of the Crestwood store although beautiful and more coworker friendly falls extremely short as the community coffee house it used to be. The outside seating is great but not year round. Many costumers have commented on the lack of seating. I know that the remodel is done and there is not a lot that can be done now. However you could move the trash can by the other door to accommodate another table instead of people scrambling for a place to sit when it’s cold and rainy out. Honestly kind of disappointed with my experience here the other day. I’ve only been to this Starbucks a few times, and have never had an issue until now. We pulled up 20 minutes before they closed - totally enough time for them to make a coffee. I get customers coming in before close is annoying but we only wanted one thing. Anyway, I didn’t even get what I ordered. My coffee was completely wrong, not even all the way full (more like 3/4 full), and the employees were just plain rude.
