They're baaaaaack! If you're an OG cbw fan, you know I mean the black bean egg rolls! They were gone for years, and one of the best things on the menu. They're back again. Not quite the same... the beans are not the sticky mushed texture they used to be, but now whole, and it's kind of a cheese sauce instead of the shredded cheese that used to glue up in it so perfectly before- but!... don't get me wrong! I'm stoked they are here again. Salads were super fresh and scrumptious hand-breaded chicken pieces were the same as always (delicious). Stopped in today about 45 minutes till close. I’ve eaten at CBW plenty of times but not this location. My niece that was with me had never been to CBW, she was quite indecisive and we took a minute to order. The young lady at the counter (wished I would have gotten her name) was so nice and answered every question with no hesitation or frustration. She offered to sign me up for the membership, which in all of my visits to other locations it was never offered before. I didn’t even know about it. She and Kyle were so nice and always smiling and helpful. We stayed till 5 minutes before close and not once were we rushed or given that look to hurry up. I ordered curbside pickup since my foot is broken. Texted x2 the number on the sign. No response. Called the restaurant number x2 and no human pickup. Called the text number on the sign and it just rang. After 22 minutes, I hobbled in on my broken foot and was told they didn't hear the text. They weren't busy either, no one at the counter and only a couple eating inside. I would have left it at that with a sorry, but then they texted back to tell me that no one called the store.
