Don't shop at Old Navy usually, but by chance when I have went I've always ended up seeing and picking something up from there. The service here leaves much to be desired. There was a huge line at the registers on a Sunday afternoon. They had two cashiers and a few people in line. After (no exaggeration) a 15 minute wait with nobody in for front of us, we finally got to check out. By the time we left, I counted at least 10 people behind us.
