Practice — Attraction in Telluride

I just got back from a week in Telluride and I tried a class at Practice and ended up going to three in the 6 days I was there. I would have done more but I had to be with my family too! 😬. Two of the classes I attended had live music! The space is peaceful and no mirrors, calm, super fresh and clean with natural sunlight and mats and props available for travelers. SO WELCOMING. Easy to book ahead on line. I took all three classes with Jess Fertig (one if the owners) and they were quite literally the best three classes Ive ever taken in my 20 years of yoga. I 100% recommend this studio for all level yogis (but you advanced yogis can really expand here) and for beginners, check the schedule and make sure you attend an all levels class. I loved it so much I bought a sweat shirt, ha ha ha. I miss it already! Cant say enough...

Practice Telluride is one of the most beautiful yoga studios I’ve been to. Jessica’s class was exactly what I needed after my flight and long car ride into to town. She has the ability to make the class totally accessible for even the most beginner while still providing the technical aspects of the postures to get as advanced as you want it to be.
