Randomly stopped by to ask questions about appraising jewelry. They answered my detailed questions about what to have appraised and how the value of gold is. A day later I stopped by to have a ring repaired and they were thorough with what to have done. Three days later I arrived with a huge bag of jewelry asking what, in their opinion should be insured, covered by homeowners and guestimated value of items. I had horrible service from the owner Jason when I called to let them know the ring I just picked up is loose ( mind you I took responsibility and for leaving the store not noticing it wasn’t right and also told him I would pay to have it done) and the amount of attitude coming from the owner of the store is just uncalled for.
