Love this place, favorite coworker and best friend, definitely Andy, never wronged me, but I fear one of your other employees doesn't know how to make sandwiches and flat out refuses if it's just him, left Andy alone in the middle of a rush once, thay same day made Andy make all the coffees and drinks, keeps playing explicit music at work, etc. I don't think I need to say a name to have anyone know who I'm talking about but other than that guy I love this place!! Always tipping when I come here the ice cream is amazing, also love the itialian sodas! Keep up...

i bought a 2 scoop cup & a 2 scoop waffle cone with extra coconut toppings as well as a bag of ice and got overcharged and it came out to $22.50.

2 Scoops - $6.50 x2 waffle which is a additional $1 bag of pebble ice - $2

this comes out to a total of $16.

i think i got charged an extra icecream because thats an extra $6.50 i didnt pay for plus most of the extra toppings the guy put on, fell on the counter and only put a half a scoop of my toppings...

Overall I would say that the experience was ok. I would just avoid ordering an Italian soda since they'll load the entire cup with ice and argue with you when you ask them to dump part of it out. I trusted the lady working there to make the drink properly, but ended up with a drink that was 90% ice and was gone in two seconds. I complained and all they did was add more seltzer. So...stay away from the...
