I wouldn't recommend this business to anyone there are very rude they sold me a washer but didn't work properly and I had to make numerous numerous trips to get this problem resolved they did eventually fix the washing machine but they were very unprofessional and they talk to their customers like they don't know nothing but I didn't know how to operate a washing machine and when I would call and talk to someone they either wouldn't answer the phone by recognizing my phone number or else they wouldn't call me back they said they were working on it and then never called me back and this was at like 6:10 in the evening and they're open till 7 so I figure they probably will still working on it or whatever then the next day middle of the afternoon I called and asked them if they finish to that oh yeah it's done it was late so we did we're working on it we didn't want to call and wake you guys up we figured you were in bed well as this whole bunch of bullcrap they just don't care about their customers and then they sell stuff I wouldn't be surprised if the washer wasn't even tested before putting it on the sales floor for someone to purchase I will never shop there again and my suggestion is is no one else should either they have definitely lost my business I won't get any business from My Friends Are Family or people that I know cuz I don't have anything nice to...

Bought washer&dryer from them approximately 1 year ago. They were used, but worked fine overall except 1 foot being stripped. But an employee that was friends with the owner took my number and used it for personal reasons, and didn’t stop messaging me til I reported him to the manager. Now 1 year later I do not need my washer&dryer anymore because I’m moving. I contacted this business asking if they wanted them back. They asked me what I wanted for them. I said $50 each but you’d have to pick them up. They said that sounds great but sure enough gave me a run around til they finally picked them up. But they never paid me! I tried contacting them threw email because talking to them gets me nowhere and the first I sent asking if they were interested in the unit they responded well to. But now they just ignore me. Had a friend go in the store because I couldn’t make a trip to the store and they lied to my friend saying I donated them. Ok ordered 3 different appliances and DAVE Told me he wasn't certified but could hook my stove up well they came ame a week and a day late to deliver and too the tool too hook my stove up I talked to the so called manager and he started screening at me so loud I could not understand what he was saying and then hung up on me and didn't answer the phone after that so please don't go go there I promise you will have problems and waist your money just giving u a heads up. UPDATE….One month later…… the washer that I purchased started doing the same thing my old washer was doing and they took my old washer , I called them and it took a whole month to reach them cause they blocked my number so had to go there, and they refused to exchange there broke down washer for one that actually worked, I had to go through so much to get a replacement (threatening to sue and other measures that I should not have had to go through to get the washer replaced. Once again please be aware of them , the absolute worst place I have ever been. BEAWARE!!!!!if I could take that one star...
