Toledoâs Share wine is truly a hidden gem that that will delight the senses from the first sip to the last lingering moment of your visit. The wines are exceptionalâelegant, well-balanced, and clearly crafted with care and expertise. I I had the pleasure of attending the grand opening, and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, it was clear that this place is something to be proud of, especially for Toledoans. Whether youâre a fan of bold reds, crisp whites, or rosĂŠâŚevery bottle of Toledoâs Share tells a story of quality and passion for the craft. What truly sets Toledoâs Share apart are the owners, Angel and Kathryn Tucker! Not only are they a beautiful couple, but theyâre friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to share their story of how they began their wine-making journey, and how they stepped out of their comfort zone to begin this venture.
Their hospitality makes the experience feel both personal and enriching. From their first greeting to the last pour, everything is done with attention to detail and genuine care.
If youâre looking for a place where great wine meets great people and great vibes, Toledoâs Share should be at the top...
Read moreI canât believe I wasted time and money at this sad excuse for a winery. The wine tasted like it was fermented in a mop bucketâeach glass somehow managed to be both sour and watery, like it couldnât decide whether it wanted to be vinegar or dirty dishwater. Iâve had better wine from a gas station shelf.
The service? Abysmal. The owner struts around like sheâs the queen of Napa when sheâs running what amounts to a glorified backyard science experiment. She was rude, condescending, and seemed to go out of her way to make guests uncomfortable. Her âcharmâ is the kind youâd expect from someone who thinks microaggressions are personality traits. I felt more welcomed at a DMV.
The atmosphere? Picture this: plastic chairs, flies everywhere, and dĂŠcor that looks like it was stolen from a thrift store clearance bin. Even the âvineyardâ was a sad patch of weeds and dying vines. I wouldnât be surprised if their grapes were imported from the discount bin at a grocery store.
If youâre looking for overpriced swill served with a side of bad attitude and questionable ethics, congratulationsâyouâve found the perfect hellhole. Everyone else: do yourself a favor and stay...
Read moreI consider myself somewhat of a wine snob with an open mind knowing we all have a different & changing pallet! I have taken trips around the country & world to experience their wines (Napa, Italy, GreeceâŚ.) and even taken classes to learn as much as I can about wine for my work studying with places like Nickel & Nickle, Silver Oak and Orin Swift. I have not always been a supporter of âlocalâ Midwest wines (usually too sweet ) but always give them a try for taste and experience. Well let me tell you Toledoâs Share wine blew away my expectations! Itâs DELICIOUS! I actually brought home 12 bottles after my FIRST tasting and use exclusively now as âmy house wineâ! I canât wait for their actual winery/tasting room to open to share the experience with my other real WINE...
