I been shopping at Marshall’s for the past three months upgrade stuff and holiday shopping from homegoods marshalls in Latham, Clifton park abs online also. I spent almost $3000 so far between clothes, furniture, outdoor and house stuff. Few of the holidays stuff I brought didn’t look right with my decorations so I decided to return them and get something different. Went to homegoods in Latham return was fine there some with receipts and two without no receipts couldn’t find the right receipts no problem. I forgot one of the return bag in my car so when when I visited Clifton park Marshall’s for the thanksgiving orange candles I decided to return the rest there. Same situation as the homegoods in Latham. Two items was on two different receipts, and two wasn’t.
After the young lady did the other two without receipts a warning receipt pop up warning me about receipts items with no receipts. Mind you that was my second return with no receipts and happened in the same day. I was so freaking embarrassed and angry. I had spend so much money at Marshall’s especially for the past three months and for this to happen to me after two return I didn’t have receipts for wow. I told my husband and kids to not shop there or buy me anything there ever again. I’ll take my business else where. Read moreI went to Marshall HomeGoods at Clifton Park to return few items I bought 2 days ago. Had my receipt and tags attached to all the items .After checking the items the cashier put 2 tops aside and went to get the manager and later returned to let me know that those 2 tops are not the brands they carry and they won’t take them back. I picked those tops from their racks 2 days ago and paid for it and tags are still attached to it . They agree that tags are theirs. Kept on insisting that the items are not theirs.I was furious and still am. Items I picked from their rack and paid are not theirs ? then why were they selling those items ? I love Marshall’s and shopped a lot from there , pretty much every season. Honestly I don’t know what brands they carry. They have numerous brands and I don’t shop by brands if I like an item if it’s fits my budget I buy them. So after talking to the manager ,(they acted like I was scamming.) decided to take back the items with warning saying they will let it go this time as if I was let go inspire of committing a crime .i am still in shock .. felt insulted in front of other customers.. this is end if my shopping at Marshall’s... I hope they check their items on rack before they put up sale . If it’s not theirs don’t sell them.I hope nobody have to go through what I had to go...

So, I was going with the flow of traffic and went in the dressing room we tried on our dresses and I was hanging up the dresses on the rack we weren't going to buy. Well, I guess I was hanging them up on the wrong rack then she was yelling at my kids "Where are your numbers? Where are your numbers!?" I said calmly "there was no one stopping us going in and we didn't rush in..." She barked back "I was here all day! And you need to hang those dresses" as I was hanging up the dresses. I moved the dresses that I hung on the wrong rack to the right rack and I said okay, I hung up half the dresses put the rest on the counter and knocked over her sign.
