Time Square Clock Shop — Attraction in Town of Clifton Park

I waited last minute to try and get an engraving done for a coworker of mine. I tried a few other places and ended up walking into this store. The lady behind the counter was super helpful and we picked out the plate, words and font. I knew it was a long shot, but I asked if there was a chance it could be rushed. Even though the shop had a fair sized back-log she said she'd try to squeeze my order in. The order was completed within 2 hours.

Thanks to her efforts I was able to affix the name and dates of service for one of the best medical guys I've ever had. He had taken care of us since 2018 and the engraved plate finished off his going away gift. I cannot possibly thank the shop enough...

Ordered online a custom lake clock as a house warming for our friends. Communication was great and they were clear my order may not be ready for Christmas since I ordered close to the holidays. It was ok with me since this wasn't necessarily a Christmas gift. But they called on 12/23 and said the clock was there if I wanted to pick it up since I live only 30 minutes from their shop. I had a billion holiday errands to run so I said it's ok, just ship it. It would be great to have by new year's. I was so surprised when it was delivered the next day. The clock is absolutely perfect and even included batteries! Wonder product...

I ordered 2 watch bands for my citizen ecodrive 2 separate times. the first took a few weeks to get ordered and delivered and no-one ever called me to let me know it came in.
