I recently had a very disappointing experience at Uniqlo while trying to pick up some altered pants. I had been promised a specific time to pick them up, but when I arrived at the store, they were not ready. To make matters worse, the staff didn't even apologize for the inconvenience.

I was extremely frustrated by this experience, as I had taken time out of my day to come to the store and pick up the altered pants. It was very inconvenient for me to have to come back again at a later date, and the lack of apology from the staff only compounded my frustration.
