A few weeks ago I was helped by a woman at this kiosk with NO mask. My girlfriend went to get cupcakes today and was refused to be helped by a young girl. She then calls the manager and the manager wants me to talk to him on the phone…. Their store phone or whatever. If you’re so scared of covid why am I touching a phone that is not mine? I’m spreading my germs onto that phone…. He tried to be professional but made no sense. Every store has lifted the mandate. I will refuse to give money to this place with terrible customer service. don’t bother coming here because they have no brain clearly…. Forcing us to wear a mask but let’s me touch the phone. Read moreI had a pretty disappointing experience at the Baked by Melissa location in Roosevelt Field Mall. The sales associate, Alejandra, was unfortunately not helpful or welcoming. She seemed uninterested in answering questions and acted like I was bothering her by simply ordering. Customer service is a big part of what makes the Baked by Melissa experience enjoyable, so it was surprising and honestly off-putting. I love the cupcakes, but I left feeling frustrated. I was attended by Nyasia C. on 3/25/23 at 2:15 PM. She was astonishingly rude and literally threw the bag at me. First time buying. Never ever buying again. Owner should know. Hire better staff.
