BEWARE!!!!!! Racist workers!!! I live in Diamond point and have been visiting lanes and games for years. Last night my husband and my 3 small children wanted to enjoy games.. We walked in at 9:30 went to pay for wrist bands and order a pizza. There were no workers in sight. I tracked someone down to order the pizza. While I did that, a woman was yelling at my kids to get out of the pay area because they were closed. I went up to her and said ok well then can u please cancel my pizza if they have to stand in the corner I’m leaving. She ignored me and went to check out another customer. I stood there for 10 minutes and here comes a pizza. I said I was waiting for my refund. She said no I can’t cancel. I got upset and they gave such a disgusting attitude my husband had to step in. We left without our pizza, in the midst of all the chaos I left my cc card on the counter. We knocked on the door and the manager comes racing around the corner in her car half in the bag” stumbled out of her car I thought she was going to crash into the building. She got out stomping her feet and got aggressive as if she wanted to fight me. They called the cops and said I was verbally assaulting the workers which was a joke. My children were crying and it was horrible. The owner should fire the manager and her coworkers. This was traumatic for my kids. Justin should be the manager. He has always been pleasant. The owner must not care . In the end the cops were really nice and all had a giant laugh on them . The officer assured us the he would speak to the owner on our behalf to speak with us. I doubt it since h has only responded to 1 review. Sad. My son wanted to have his birthday...
Read moreThe first time we came here was with a small group about a month ago. Technical difficulties on lanes- but were managed by fairly friendly staff. Small deteriorative issues with upholstery, and it could be more ‘pristine’ for Lake George, also I find the video screens very distracting while bowling but if you need to watch your game yay for you. However.. today.. payment terms were different than the last time we were there, the front desk staff seemed irritated/disinterested, no package deals available/frequent bowler program- and I specifically asked, but whatever- SGF was league play and we weren’t going to make it to Ft Edward or Granville so we ended up here after bailing on weather/crowds over at SF Great Escape earlier than expected. Beats not bowling. The lanes/tech are satisfactory and abundant. Will bowl here again but would choose another facility if available- especially in the busy season for traffic reasons alone. Would not use the laser tag or arcade, though it was busy, I’ve never seen the restaurant open, but the bar/cooking area was very clean. Do not know if they have a pro shop. Very greasy lanes today. (I lost for the record, I...
Read moreHello, I recently booked an hour of playtime at your facility, but unfortunately, I had a very disappointing experience. The snowboard boots I received were very old and worn out, and the boards were covered with too much powder, which made it hard to maintain balance. I nearly fell several times and had to stop playing after just 30 minutes for my own safety. When I raised my concerns, I was told I should not be without boots, but the real issue was the poor condition of the boots and the powder-covered boards. Unfortunately, my money was completely wasted, as I didn’t receive the quality service I paid for. If this continues, I’m sure many people will leave the track before their full time ends. That might be profitable for your business, I don’t know—but it is certainly not fair or professional. I would also like to mention that I have years of experience in clinical/sports games like this, and I’m fully familiar with the rules, safety standards, and how things should work. So I speak from knowledge and experience. Please take this matter seriously and improve conditions for future...
