A very interesting spot in Lake George. You can definitely hear an echo if you stand in the middle of the circle and yell. Strangely, people standing around cannot hear the echo. The spot also depicts a nice drawing of Lake George. There is also a lot of nice things to do around this area in Lake George. Many restaurants and shops nearby. Lake George Battlefield State Park is only a short distance away. Lake George Steamboat Company is also right near this area. You can also just walk the southern shore of Lake George from here Great little spot to take in the sights and sounds of Lake George!

We were in Lake George for the weekend in late September and I found this on Google maps so we went to check it out. There is no admission and there was no line - it’s literally just a spot along the lake and I’m sure if people don’t know what it is they just walk in past it. It was cool but weird - like how does this even happen? We all heard ourselves echoing in our own ears. The view of the lake is beautiful as well. Might as well stop and check it out. You don’t have to scream or yell either, speaking normally will give you the echo.

This park is awesome!. I went to here to see yellow foliage peak. The park have a big parking, but i am not sure if they collect fee to park there. Nobody stand there at the early morning. There is a long sidewalk by side of the lake which connect 2 park next together. This lake have a nice sand coast and view of beyond mountain. Also, i saw people operate their boats on the lake. Cold temperature causing foggy on the surface of lake. You can expect many shops, restaurant, motel on both side of street entering this park.

This place is pretty cool. Your voice bounces/echos right back at you like a feedback. Fascinating. There are multiple theories to explain this phenomenon. At first we couldn’t find it as our map gps was taking us to the wrong spot. We eventually gave up and accidentally encountered it when we wanted to check out parasailing and it was right there. Really pleasant walk along the lake, trolleys and steam boats. It was such unique experience.

This was the view from the Minnie Ha Ha on my 60 minute cruise. It was at 7:30 PM and the sun was setting behind the mountains on one side of the lake and the almost full moon was opposite side of it. The cruise is just at the right speed and the narration is informative. The announcer has a pleasant voice to listen to during the hour. There is plenty of seating on board. I found it very relaxing at the end of a busy day of walking around.
