The staff was less than welcoming, they have only been open a few weeks. Their staff should be encouraged to ask if this is your first time, there was no explanation of the menu or what they sell. Yes, milk and cookies is in the name but..how do you sell them? How are the drinks put together? Their staff seem a bit unorganized. The decor is cute and good for a picture, and what they offer is delicious. I am disappointed that they do not offer dairy free options, which closes off the potential of reaching to a wider selection or array of customers. Very underwhelmed, the staff made me and my friend uncomfortable to be in the environment. The straw that broke the camels back was the girl manning the register had long nails and seem to have a bandaid on, then was manning the food station with no gloves. which make it a bit unsanitary.

Overall: the experience was very disappointing. And the chairs are uncomfortable, as you slide...

At first my experience here was good. The guy on the phone was nice and helpful since i was picking up a larger order. BUT when i came to pick up, the doors were locked and i had to be let in?? This was 11:30 and they open at 11:00. Mind you, i told the guy on the phone I’d be there at 11:30 to pick up. Then the guy in there didn’t even have what i ordered ready for 11:30 still waited at least 15 minutes. Then when i got the order, i didn’t get a receipt. At the time i didn’t realize i didn’t get it since i was in a rush. Now, i have been emailing the owner because i need the receipt and have gotten no help. 4 messages later and still nothing. Only responded once to ask if i used a card. Completely rude and awful service. Will not be going back. The cookies aren’t even made there, they’re just warmed up. Not good enough to possibly deal with this again. Can go to a bakery and get much better desserts...

Very busy on a Friday night around 9. Chaotic scene with only 3 workers behind the counter. Sign on the right says order here but 'the line' was not defined and the guy in front of me hadn't ordered but he wasn't sure where the line was. Bunches of people waiting for orders and the friendly staff looked overwhelmed. Many different cookies on the menu but no ingredients listed. This is a crucial omission when it's this busy and hectic. I'm sure when it's slower part of the schtick is for the staff to explain the cookies and sell you on the variety. But when it's crowded, a detailed menu would keep it moving. We had to ask what each cookie was and the staff was helpful but it slowed down the line. We got a Cookie Monster, a Funfetti and Banana Nut. $14 for 3 cookies is steep but they are hefty. Again, staff was friendly and the store is nice and clean. Go check it out...

THE BEST COOKIES EVER! When I say these are the best cookies, I MEAN IT. They’re so soft and taste delicious. Each cookie has as a different flavor and there are quite a few different options. The cookies aren’t too big and are the perfect size to eat at least two. Our favorite cookies are: Funfetti, Cookie Monster, Brookie, and the Italian Rainbow. They taste great with a nice cup of milk, hot or cold. They also make these delicious milkshakes where you can combine your favorite ice cream with your favorite cereal to blend, and then add a topping to it. You can also make a cookie Sunday with the cookie of your choice. This place is WAY better than the Crumbl Cookies. These cookies aren’t so sweet and sugary as the ones from Crumbl. Those are nothing compared to Milk N Cookies. They have multiple locations and are open until late which is great for a late night snack.

Kudos on the creative aspect...great concept. We had the plain chocolate chip and trip chocolate...they were good...but not great. I prefer the consistency of Crumbl a bit better. The stuffed cookies may have a better consistency. I'll be sure to try one of those next time. We also had a vanilla cone which was about $7 regardless of the amount of topping you add...or none at all. We decided to get a plain cone...and didn't sit well to pay $7 for a plain cone. But the concept of having unlimited topping for a set price may be appeaking to some...especially those who like to load up on toppings. On a good note, the soft serve vanilla was very good. Large open and clean space with a few barstools and counter along the sides. Metered parking along Mamaroneck Avenue.

As a cookie fanatic, my tastebuds and expectations were blown away! Milk n Cookies was constantly raved about within my community so I decided to give it a shot. As a typical college student (broke and stressed), I ordered only one item and proclaimed my "broke-ness" to them in hopes of getting something free! Typically in situations such as these, many restaurants are greedy and don't really care enough to feed a hungry college kid in need. Milk n Cookies heard my plea and my cry for help and decided to give me not one, not two not three but FOUR free cookies. In the end, my point being, Milk n Cookies is absolutely amazing and deserves much more kind-hearted recognition! Thank You Milk n Cookies! You got yourself a new customer/lover!
