I purchased a pre-owned Audi from this store in late May. I very rarely write negative reviews, choosing instead to direct feedback to proprietors themselves, but in this case, that was ineffective. I wrote to the management of Messrs Menuzzo and Russo but never heard back. I would strongly urge others to consider another dealership when shopping for a pre-owned Audi, consistent with all the other negative reviews on this dealership.
The process started out well enough. I arranged for a test drive appointment, and came to a quick agreement on the price of the car within 15 minutes of the test drive. Fine enough.
The problems started when I came back the next week to take delivery. In the meantime, I had emailed my salesman my full understanding of the figures, amount due, financing details I had procured on my own in advance, etc. in an effort to make the delivery process quick and efficient after work. Of course, when I arrived, they tried to sell me on their own financing, and the residual amount due was greater than what we had agreed to. Ali, the manager fast talked in circles about high title costs, registration, prep fees, how I was lucky to obtain this car because others had called about it after I had put a deposit on it, etc. All the time, unwilling to share the final bill of sale.
Finally, after much back and forth, I saw that there was an extra charge of $995 for some aftermarket theft protection which of course is essentially useless. At this point, I was just willing to move on to get over with this experience. I did a 5 minute overview of the car and left. Before I left I noted to the salesperson that they didn't even afford me the courtesy of a tank of gas, with only 55 miles of range of fuel, so I refueled at my expense down the street. Finally, I got home and noticed that there was curb rash on a wheel that did not exist when I first examined the car the prior week. This probably came from them swapping out the tire / wheel from another car after I noted that there was a bulge in the original tire during the test drive. They couldn't bother to change the tire itself, apparently.
All in, an extraordinarily disappointing experience not worthy of an Audi franchise. I have bought numerous luxury vehicles in the past, both new and certified, and this was by far the worst. With the used car market set to weaken now, I'd strongly urge other shoppers to consider an alternate dealer. Perhaps their new car store is a better operation, but this used car buying experience was...

Background info: I usually never write reviews, much less bad ones.. it takes a lot for me to get to this point to write this review, so please read on.
I am from out of state and bought an Audi G5 Premium with this dealership in September of 2022. I had seen the vehicle online, called in and they told me that it was in great condition and waiting for me. Upon arrival, my husband and I saw that the passenger door had pretty significant damage, possibly through a minor collision. We said we were not buying the vehicle with damage, although they kept trying to convince us that the job would cost around $500 to fix. From prior experience dealing with Audi repairs, we knew that was not true. The Audi repair specialist in my state informed us, after seeing pictures of the damage, that the door would have to be replaced and it would cost up to $4,000. So we walked out of the dealership without buying the vehicle after spending all afternoon trying to figure something out.
A few minutes down the road, the sales guy, named Kit, called us in informing us that the manager (Ali) had asked us to come back because they would find a solution. I asked what that was and they said they would pay for the repair in my state. We came back in and bought the vehicle.
We made sure the manager Ali put in writing that they were going to repair the vehicle, which they did.
Well.. it's been 9 months. Every time we call they come up with a different story like pro scammers, you literally cannot believe a single word they say. I have called and tried to be courteous and respectful every time but customer service is non-existent at this dealership they keep lying to us and avoiding the topic, they were supposed to send a part and it's been over a month and a half, supposedly shipping has been delayed, which we know is not true since my husband used to be a parts manager and knows how this stuff works.
Needless to say, it's been one of the most frustrating and horrible experiences with a dealership, these people are a rip off and like I said professional scammers. Please save yourself the time and headache and do not...
Read moreOn Nov 8 2023, I purchased a 2020 Audi A4 sedan from Biener Audi, Great Neck. The vehicle was on sale for $25,900 listed on their website and I had went to go see it and they reduced it to $25,500 and made the purchase. The manager charged $29,866.44 for the car, $2,371.44 in taxes, $175.00 for document fee, $102.00 for plates, He wrote all this on paper instead of giving me a receipt for it. This total comes out to $29,866.44 and I had put down a deposit of $8,000 which would made the loan amount $22,142.44. When I got home and reviewed the loan agreement (as no bill of sale was given to me) I could not account for approximately $2167.06. The total cost of the car should have been $25,500 plus $2199.38 in taxes. For a total of $27,699.38. The loan amount should have been $19,976.38. The following day I returned and spoke to Mohammad Ali, the manager who wrote up the loan and he explained that there was a fee of $1295 for pre-inspection and $690 for the Title. He asked me if the sales person (Lloyd) had informed me of the fees. I said no. Mr. Ali then told me he would refund the $1295 back into the loan. However, he said he could not do anything about the $690 for the Title. He further stated he uses a “service” and he does not make any money on this. A Title is $50.00 as per DMV. I had the numbers reviewed by my attorney and even a few other people and his numbers just don’t add up. “SPECIALLY” even the sales tax, which under the law can be a very serious charge. In addition, since this was a pre-owned Audi why was it sold with pre-existing conditions that now require service visits? I had the car scanned and there are faults for ABS, Communication Module, Locking Units, further inconveniencing the buyer. Based on all of his previous complaints and the reviews on social media this company should be treated severely for their business practices. They are a sleazy company with ABSOLUTELY no ethics. Also, very importantly, from what I see on the paper work I suspect that they are playing around with the sales tax which is a CRIMINAL OFFENSE and I will be forwarding this to the NY STATE tax authorities for...
