Station Plaza Deli — Restaurant in Town of North Hempstead

Jumped in and out for a few breakfasts here. While as vegetarian there may not be tons of options for me, I love them for my quick - NY Deli coffee, egg’n cheese fixes. The folks are always helpful. They keep everything super clean, tidy. And the dishes look very tasty. Some sandwiches that folks order here are out of this world. Like this morning someone had ordered - refried beans on a roll (as the dressing) with eggs and peppers (bake), topped with sliced chicken tenders, and sliver of fresh cheese (not sure if it was fresco, blanco or another). And the prep had that sandwich stacked so well and packed it like he could have had it while running for the bus!...

I called and asked if they deliver (on goodie it says it’s does) , they said yes , took my address and order , I waited AN HOUR , called back for them to tell me they don’t deliver , I then asked to speak to a manager and heard the women (in Spanish ) tell someone just leave it and make her wait ?!?? Waited on the one for 10 mins and hung up. Called back and they said no manager is there and there’s nothing they can do for me. NOW ITS AN HOUR AND A AHLF LATER AND I STILL DONT...

I was skeptical but gave it a try because of the reviews here and on Yelp. The windows usually have condensation so you can't see inside and may get this "hole on a wall" type feeling, but don't let that deceive you. The food is fresh and tasty. There is enough variety of proteins to go with the rice, beans, plantains, salads, etc. Prices are reasonable. Will...
