My mom and I went there for a pedicure and manicure yesterday and I personally had a horrible experience. While doing a gel manicure removal, I had a tip extension on one of my fingers, and instead of removing it properly, my nail technician tried to just rip it off since it was āloose.ā That is totally unacceptable as that can cause damage to my nail beds, but she doesnāt seem to care or understand that. She also shaved down all my nail beds so badly to the point that they were extremely red and each of my fingers were in pain.
For my pedicure, she cut my nails horribly without any attention to detail. She asked me what shape I wanted, I said square and she gave me the opposite of that. My toes were unevenly painted and cut, I am so unsatisfied that I didnāt even end up doing my manicure there. My nail tech couldnāt even cut dead skin off around my toes without jabbing me. Lastly, the callus/foot file they used on us was, in my observation, reused among all the customers without sterilization as one of the files had rust on it and not disposable. They just placed it right back into the container it was originally in. Bad hygiene.
I left after receiving a below average pedicure and incomplete gel manicure removal and had to finish my manicure somewhere else.
Only reason Iām leaving two stars is on behalf of my mom who did have a good experience there. Thank you to the person who gave her a discount after she told them about my experience, but I will never come back here again.

Overtime, youāll learn that some of their nail technicians are more seasoned than the others, and produce a significantly higher quality of work. At this point with updated staff, I only trust Kelly and Jerry for nail services. I appreciate the quality of their products, and the expertise of their technique, as my nails have never been this long and healthy! Their work speaks for itself, and keeps me begrudgingly loyal.
Not to mention, the price gouging is offensive. Pricing of nail art varies and is determined at their discretion. I know their prices are competitive with other great neck nail salons, but $15 for the underwhelming flame design and $10 for the rams (pictured below) are overkill, to say the least. I use to frequent more often, but itās become more of a chore and a matter of maintenance. If I were writing a review solely based on customer service and consistency , Iād rate them a two star. If youāre more on the timid side and struggle to self advocate, this is NOT the salon for you, as they will 100% take advantage.
Absolutely Queens Quality! Iāve always seen getting my nails done as more of a chore than a treat. However, Irene made me feel like a pampered princess. She took her time and gave her attention. The girl I usually do my nails with wasn't available so they had Jerry do my nails. He was extremely rude!!! The whole time as he was doing my nails he would stop and text and kept checking his phone. Then when it was time to add the color to my nails, he gave me such a disgusting attitude. I asked for a specific color that they didn't have (which is fine) but I was trying to get something similar. He was so impatient and just wanted to finish. I asked if I can compare a few shades he got upset. Then the color i picked was nothing like the sample and I didn't like it but I stayed quiet. He had already put one coat. I asked him politely if I can please add the second coat as a darker shade. He immediately got pissed, shrugged his shoulders and got annoyed at me. I said it's just a question, why the attitude? I have never experienced such terrible customer service like this before. People like that should not be working in that kind of environment. You must have extreme patience with your customer.
