BEWARE! Do not even step one step outside of the mall or your car will be towed right away. PREDATORY TOWING, they are watching and waiting. Was told the management are rich business owners who don't care one bit about their customers. It doesn't even matter if you have legitimately given businesses to the mall and just step out for a while to get other things across the street. To prey on people who cannot even see their "strategical placed" sign saying "You have to stay in the mall at all times or your car will be towed" is how they make money. Ordered pick-up at chipotle and while waiting for my food, I left Chipotle and went acress Great Neck RD to buy some bubble tea. My car was getting towed when I get back. The self-claimed "Manager of the property" says I must "Take my car with me if I want to leave the property". BRUH, it is not like I am leaving my car in the parking lot for 3-5 hours, I stepped out to buy some bubble tea while wating for chipotle to finish my order. After failed to negotiate with the self-claimed manager "Jack Smith"(fake name, and he refuse to give me the office number), I paid 300$. Very nice Great...

The businesses that are in the Gardens are all great to do business with and to support. However the parking lot is another issue. It's too small for the type of businesses that are there. A gym, supermarket, 3 banks, Starbucks, 3 restaurants, a walk in clinic, a liquor store and 2 more businesses. The entitleds that drive in the lot are brutal. No courtesy at all. Race to get a spot so they're not inconvenienced. Have no concern for people walking to get to their cars or walking to go to one of...
